Friendly staff, beautiful view, nice pool, meals were good.

The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The views from every part of the hotel were stunning. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to a number of bars and restaurants ?

The bird droppings everywhere, that were not cleaned the whole time we were there, very unsightly and unhygienic.

The hotel was situated in a nice quiet part of the resort. The breakfast had a really good variety of food. The views from the lobby of the hotel were amazing . The bed was really comfortable. The pool area was lovely. The hotel had loads of other facilities like a gym, and yoga classes, and the nightly music in the bar was lovely. The staff were all very helpful.

The manager (Javier) was extremely rude and unwilling to take onboard feedback, he will even make up lies in attempt to cover his own back! the hotel is unsafe and dirty!

As soon as we stepped into reception we knew we picked the right place, the reception was stunning views were amazing.. staff were so polite helpful and friendly. We had the junior suite it was perfect size, clean comfortable stunning views of the pool and sea. The pools were perfect, the spa is a must. We had breakfast every morning and it was very good, so many choices. The location was great just a 6/7 min walk from the square.

Absolutely nothing

The room is great, but missing a source of clean water. You get one bottle upon arrival and than that’s it. But the view and sunsets are incredible.

The spa is a lot smaller than I expected. The jacuzzi is not heated outside, and the pools are quite cold.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a nice location. Views were stunning , most staff excellent and breakfast delicious. Spa facilities also top notch.

Sun bed broke - whilst I was on it. I told the bar staff who told me to go and speak to the pool attendant who could report it. Not my job! Life guard really quite unfriendly.

Beautiful views. The woman who wore shoes with bows on them was incredibly kind and genuine.

Quality of the room and furniture was poor. Mold and grime in the shower. Absolutely no sound proofing - could hear when rooms around me turned their light switch on/off, opened/closed their patio doors, opened/closed their curtains. Not to mention how insanely loud the entertainment was some nights. This is not a relaxing vacation spot - more geared towards those with all-inclusive/lots of drinking and laying by the pool. Access to the sea is difficult. Didn’t enjoy the food for the most part. Shame the dining room has such beautiful views but most tables can’t see it and the glass doors are all closed.Most of the staff were friendly and kind. Some were rude.I stayed at the hotel next door a couple years ago with similar pricing and also 4 stars and was a world apart from this so felt this place was overpriced and overrated.

1. Location was great and very picturesque. 2. Staff by the pool, in the restaurants and in the bars were lovely 3. Food was pretty good 4. Cannot save sun beds until 8.30am 5. Late checkout 6. Within walking distance of the shops

1. Cleaners were mostly poor and sometimes rude2. Only receiving one free bottle of water between us, for the whole holiday. After that you are charged. I have never had this in any hotel before around the world. 3. Could be more food choice for vegetarians, especially on fish night. 4. No drinks delivered to Sun beds, which was odd. Was told it was because of glass but could be brought in washable plastic cups like the water. 5. Sun beds too close together 6. The mattress on the bed had a dip in at the edge which was uncomfortable and the twin beds were a little narrow

price of drinks (especially soft drinks) are excessive in the pool bar.sun beds are on top of each other with no mattress...would expect better in a 4☆ hotel...

The hotel was really nicely designed and had great facilities. The pools were a really good size, especially compared to nearby hotels. The room was clean and comfy and had a fantastic sized balcony. Breakfast options were plentiful and of a high quality.

The air conditioning in the room was poor, it wasn’t strong enough after having been in the sun all day.

Clean and in a good location

The sunbed situation was awful ? not only did you have to get up early enough to be able to secure sunbeds, they were crammed tightly next to each other with no spaces in between. Like lying in bed next to a complete stranger. Also they had a water dispenser at the pool bar for one hour in the morning, but it wud then be taken away for the day…. To encourage u to pay for water at the pool bar which certainly was not cheap!

Restaurant was very nice with varied options. The rose petals and piano/guitar were a nice touch. The sea diving spot was perfect. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Fabulous facilities! Staff were great. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Santa Ponsa is walking distance with a nice beach.

Rooms are a little dated.

The location and views are excellent, breakfast and Dinner were excellent as well. Staff all went above and beyond to make our experience very good. The pool area had plenty of beds.
