Fergus Style Cala Blanca Suites

The bed was comfortable and the cleaning service very good. The pool area is nice with plenty of beds. The balcony is very well planned and usable even in the rain. All the staff were excellent. Plenty of areas for families with children.

No slippers or robes provided. No shower gel or even soap in the bath area. The beach nearby is just stones.

Quiet, good location, free parking nearby, staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional, food and drink were surprisingly good considering the price.

Beds were extremely firm. That’s it.

Everything was good and specially food, staff and service are very helpfu.Service Mr.Antinio is special friendly and super service and other service too.

Nothing complain

The hotel is situated on a little cove it is so beautiful. The food is excellent, and the best I've had in a Spanish hotel. The hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating, we will be back!

I wouldn't say don't like, my only suggestion is perhaps a little more for the adults in the way of entertainment at night, although it really didn't make a difference to our holiday, but the only thing I thought could have been a bit more.

The entertainment and whole set up of the hotel was very child orientated so as a group of adults was not what we expected.We seemed to spend more time out of the hotel , which really wasn't what we wanted as we went fully inclusive.

Nice hotel with amazing view, good foods and friendly stuff! It was a good holiday!

Close to the sea (but not the beach). The staff were super friendly and nice. Great spot for a sunset.

Lots of families with younger children. Difficult to get a sun bed in both poolside and roof terrace as people were reserving with towels. Staff tried to manage but I think there could be a better system.

The double single bed. Some things were not clean in the room at our arrival. The door was not locking properly

The location Was not by the beach, which could have been clear on the web siteIt could have been much more clear that There would be shows Every night, that it is A family all inclusive place, and really loud music and A bar Open till midnight Every night. Then We would have chosen another hotek

Lovely spacious room. Good food choices. Animation staff really good. Nightly entertainment was fun.

In the evening you can only get drinks from the bar, so it’s 3 staff for a whole full hotel and you have to queue a bit. More sun loungers needed.

For only 1 restaurant the quality and variety of the food was excellent! Great chefs like Rafa and very friendly waiting staff. Also Luis and Ana on the desk were incredibly helpful and you could tell that they really care.

Superior suite wasn't as large as we expected -also slightly old and in need of renovation/new furniture.Bed was comfortable but could have been firmer.Music for the evening show was a bit loud when we were trying to put our 2 year-old daughter to bed.

INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!! After I told the front desk they said “you are in a garden room, what do you expect?!” The staff was honestly the worst part! Eva at the front desk was one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever dealt with while traveling. She was so disrespectful that I cancelled my second night stay and went to go stay at the Riu where I was much more appreciated and had a way nicer experience in every single way. If I could say one thing to you: DO NOT GO HERE. Save your money and put it towards somewhere else. Saving the $20 is not worth it!!!!

The staff was abysmal. Specifically Eva and her attitude and disgusting demeanor towards guests.

We were late in the season, so low sun stopped the sun hitting the pool area so it got a bit chilly. Rooms clean and restaurant nice. Food good but often a que to get in. Staff were amazing so friendly and helpful at all times and drink good and not overly expensive

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering us food after our late check-in and allowing luggage storage upon check-out. They also helped to arrange a car rental for a day - overall affordable and hassel-free. Our kids loved the animation team and planned activities such as archery and darts. Since our kids are older, they also had an opportunity to enjoy the teen games room. Pool and ping pong tables were a huge hit. We were there in October so the pool was a bit cold, but we still enjoyed the seating areas and pool bar. The food at the restaurant was excellent and offered a wide selection, with a different speciality each night. Meals were very delicious and exceeded our expectations. The hotel bars offered a wide selection of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, and were very good about making specialty drinks. Staff spoke English, French, Spanish, and German - making it very comfortable for guests from a variety of regions.

Unfortunately there is no real beach at this hotel, with the shore adjacent to the hotel a mix of rocks, seaweed, and wood-chips. There is, however, a public beach within walking distance from town - close to shops and restaurants. The resort was a smaller than expected, so options for activities are somewhat limited. With that said, the animation team kept the kids busy while we were on site. Our room was up one level close to the reception, so maybe our space was a bit noiser than other parts of the hotel. For those looking for a quieter area, perhaps a room closer to the water. Our room was sufficient, nothing fancy - the beds were hard and the bathroom plumbing could use some updating. The balcony space was nice.

Location was nice but pool was not great and very shaded. Roof terrace the best part.

Too many kids and pool area was poorly designed.

I liked the view and the food

It’s old, and full of kid in 1 week I couldn’t go to swimming pool because it was always full of family and kids and it was September. Expect for the entrance, this hotel has a old style.
