Perfect. The facilities were superb, spa access was a dream, room was beyond expectations and to top it all - the staff were the most welcoming and accommodating people on the island! Thank you to the whole team from cleaning staff, restaurant to spa staff and management.

    No notes - absolutely perfect.

Super Hotel, beautiful view from the room, large comfortable bed, helpful friendly staff, great breakfast with plenty of choice, nice terrace to sit and enjoy the choice of cocktails, pool was great, (not heated but was fine, not sure may be cold if going later in the year) they pool guy was so helpful, plenty of fresh towels, nothing was too much trouble, the shuttle service down to the port was perfect, this is available at anytime, the walk to the port is fine but the hill is steep coming back,Port Arianno is lovely, upmarket and classy, and the Harbour Grill is really good, altogether a great week and we will return.

Everything was great, only slight niggle was the mini fridge in the room was not cold, it was exchanged but not much better, they need to invest in some new ones, on the plus side they are not awkward like some hotels on putting your own drinks in it, and there is a Spar a few minuites walk for your own choice of drinks.

The property is in a gorgeous location, overlooking the port. It offers a very chilled, relaxing holiday. The rooms were modern and very clean and offered all the facilities we required.

The service let the property down. There was also a large party one night that was very noisy

Excellent location, great facilities, friendly front of house staff. It has much to recommend it, and deserves a Very Good.

It's a very upmarket hotel but lacks attention to detail in housekeeping. It took 5 requests over two days to get the soap in the shower replenished; a champagne glass disappeared three days before we left and was never replaced; milk and coffee capsules were not always replaced; the handbasin had a dispenser of conditioner instead of lotion; swimming towels were not suppled for two days. The flower boxes on our balcony had weeds half a metre tall (which I pulled out after three days). There were weeds in the gaps in the paving around the pool. And - a personal thing - we found it odd that a place catering for older people, as evidenced by the no children policy and the average clientele had a DJ in the evenings playing club music with an incessant heavy beat that we found intrusive and annoying. Nearly everywhere else in Mallorca we had much more relaxing music,

The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds very comfy.

    Nothing, it was all excellent.

Excellent hotel, much nicer than other options around and not in a ‘party town’. Some nice restaurants about

No traditional tapas options anywhere nearby

breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special, but a good choice of average food. no fancy items like e.g. prawns etc. - 3-star-hotel level..staff was very friendly, however not all sufficiently trained to work in a hotel that claims 5 stars…

the house incl. the rooms are poorly maintained. our expectation of a hotel claiming to be a top adress with 5 (even Mallorca stars) was clearly not met. after all, I’ve paid more than EUR 400 per night for a six-night-stay. among others, the list of annoying inconveniences included:- dead batteries in the tv remote control;- no batteries at all in the (battery-operated, cheapest China-made?) make-up mirror in the bathroom;- polyester bed-linens (no cotton) and cheapest duvet with polyester filling (absolut no-go);-despite bragging with a pillow menu to choose from all pillows available only in „sausage-shape“ in no adequate quality - I hate sausage-shaped pillows! ;- it was very windy for days during our stay, we had to leave open our balcony door, as the wind was howling through the massively air-leaking glass-door causing howling noises like in a haunted house;- the (single) sunbed on our (reasonably) spacious balcony was covered with a coating just disgustingly dirty;-while staying in a superior double room on the first floor we overlooked the nice bay and harbour, but also the groundfloor-rooms outdoor area with private pools incredibly dirty and disgusting…;- bedside lamps in our room were neither identical nor matching, bought somewhere at flea markets or yard sales, though Artemide lamps, bit desklamps, with, even with wrong (too dim) bulbs in it;- while decoration or style might be a matter of taste, I‘ve never met a room with timber wastes arbitrarily installed as decoration, sprayed with some cheap silver spray in desperate try to beautify;-the door of the mini-bar which was used (and refilled) regularily was not fitted correctly, forcing each time while opening and closing to pull the door over the floor with force, leaving marks on the floor; no one seems to be bothered…;- soap/shampoo/lotion spenders in the bathroom: cheapest china-shit attached with adhesive tape to the frame of a free hanging cheap mirror… etc etc etc

The hotel was exceptional, but the dinner menu let it down, not a large menu and vegetarian options poor.

    8TrondPosted on: 5-3-2024

Location was great with superb view to Port Adriano and the beach. Staff was professional and very friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was nice and as good as you would expect from a place like this. The dinner menu was OK, but more "upscale beach restaurant" than a 5 star hotel.

We took the opportunity to play a couple of rounds of golf. In other places we have been, the hotel often offers a golf package with reduced greenfee rates. This would have given our appreciation of the hotel an extra touch.

Fabulous location and views. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly.

The curtains in the terrace pillars need to be attached to the curtain track to make it look perfect.

    Location and view.

Two single beds put together bathroom cramped ,bath size and position ridiculous ,heating inadequate, breakfast chef cooking amateur.left one day early.

Personnel is exceptionally friendly and well trained!

Gym could have more equipment (eg cable tower)

    9RichardPosted on: 3-25-2024

2nd visit in as many weeks. Staff really helpful, breakfast choices great and spa / gym excellent facilities.

    9DirkPosted on: 10-24-2023

    - nice view, especially for the sunset -- delicious breakfast (except of the coffee but there we are spoiled ? )

    - a Shuttle Service to Santa Ponca beach would have been nice as getting there without a car (or bike) was to far away
