The location was great and the pool area was lovely.

The food was not good and we had to eat out despite being half board.

The room we had was on the service side and all day long, 24/7 was very noisy.We couldn't close the balcony door as it was hot in the room. Other than that was very good

The staff is really great at the hotel. Super kind, super helpful, resourceful. We got really really terrible room the first night (Menorca 2001), but after we explained all the issues with it, they quickly resolved the situation to our satisfaction and found us another room. Overal, the hotel is nice, we enjoyed our time there a lot - food is good, every day they try cooking something different, facilities are also generally pretty good.

Some rooms are quite dated/not in the best shape, but as long as you don't get Menorca 2001, that frankly nobody on their vacation should ever get, you should be okay.Hotel should start enforceing the towel policy at the pools. A lot of people just block the seats whole day since early morning and don't even spend time at the pools. It's very selfish and frustrating at the same time. Hotel should also rethink the dinner policy in my opinion - I find it very weird to have to pay extra even for water if the dinner is included in our stay.

Great location, nice staff, good food

Got a bit lost trying to find the rooftop bar, was still unable to find the hotel spa and discovered there was a lower terrace on our last day.

The pool and lounge area was great.

I did not like that no drinks at all even water were included woth breakfast or dinner. Especially since they had a simple water tap for water. Also our unit had no HVAC that could he felt. When telling tye staff they simply said they knew and nothing they could do. Not accept able for the amount being paid to stay there

Great location, reasonably priced, food was really good, hotel/room were clean. Suite was comfortable, modern and had an ocean view. Nice small gym.

The description said the room was soundproof but we could hear everything in the hallways loud and clear. While we liked the modern minimalist decor, it lacked functionality. There wasn’t enough light in the room. And the bathroom needs hooks next to the shower to hang your towel. One last small detail is better furniture on the balcony.

Location was excellent, it had a lovely calming feel to it. Staff were friendly. It was exceptionally clean.

I liked the location of the hotel as its in the quite area and only 4euro taxi to the main area...the breakfast was adequate but not great no bananas and strawberries which is my type of breakfast.....

I think the hotel could benefit from snack bar at the pool area and some of housekeeping were extremely rude for absolutely no reason....our lady saw us for the 1st time and gave out to us and im still not sure why as it was only my sister and I were in the room so it wasn't untidy etc....the dinner food was awful cold and not good to look at....also at night time the breakfast stuff was laid out without any type of cover bread...fruit cakes etc so I was wary about what I ate in the hotel....

I loved lots about this hotel because I like its in a quiet part...most of the staff are lovely but a few of the cleaning staff were rude and angry

The breakfast is fine but dinner is not great also the hotel could benefit from poolside snack bar and some evening entertainment....

Loved this hotel, clean and great service. The hotel had so many facilities: a roof top bar, indoor swimming pool, gym, out door pool, outside work out gear, sauna. Really nice bar area. It was great, would definitely stay again. Location also good.

Pool was cold, but think that was due to the start of the season, so has not warmed up yet. And not many vegan options for dinner. Especially as the puddings did not have allergens stated. However, the chef was happy to come out and tell me what was OK. But mainly just fruit for vegans.

Not enough sunbeds. Dining room very busy. Rooms needed painting, chair in room very worn needs new: pillows could be better.

It was a nice hotel, the rooms were old though. The bathroom door was destroyed quite badly, and mold in the shower. Some of the walls had paint missing… we had to ask for more pillows, but overall it was ok. I would rate it a 3 star hotel…..at dinner we had to pay for water…it was a pleasant stay but not the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Mallorca.

Beautiful hotel, very stylish and clean. Great choice of food and drink, and drinks were really good value. Reception staff pleasant and helpful.

Member of staff in the restaurant featured angrily and shouted at us (4) for sitting at a 6 person table - it was the only free table in the room. Was very upsetting and really scared the kids. Beds very hard, woke up sore, and ‘spa’ was full of screaming kids with inflatables, booked this hotel specifically for the spa to relax, so wasn’t what we’d hoped for.

U get what u pay for it ? average hotel , clean room , friendly receptionists . Made mistake and booked room without balcony, view was not nice and downstairs fan noise horribly. Everything else was fine - location , room ( even we was given disability room )

Poor customer service. Staff was not welcoming and providing guidance to customers. One staff named Ikdiko claimed she was busy and not serving me. No water is provided at hotel during meals and rooms. It’s the first hotel that didn’t provide any water to guests.

Upgrade of the room

The experience was not good since the beginning... Nobody ever replied to my messages on booking. When we arrived we have been told that the hotel is overbooked and we have to stay in another hotel for the first night. Taxi driver told us that it is usual on this hotel. Next day we paid doubled the city tax and nobody was able to explain why... The room was clean in the beginning but the cleaning service was really poor. Dining room was always super busy and the stuff was not enough to keep it clean. Dirty plates and tables. Food was ok, but not having even water included in dinner is ridiculous for 4* hotel... Another story is the pool and in general the wellness area... Pool did seem very sanitary, whirlpool was empty and sauna never reached more then 40°C. We were dissapointed so we visited it only once. In general the hotel is full of old Germans. I would definitely not choose this hotel again.
