    Pros +

    • Best staff. So friendly. Activity for everybody everday.
    • Room was fantastic
    • The hotel was far better than expected! Even after the weather flooded the whole area the hotel was back to pristine condition by the time we woke up! The staff were lovely and the food/drinks great!

    Cons -

    • The food was buring.
    • We were cooking in our kitchen. Cleaning staff didn’t put a hand on kitchen area, at all. They just lay out the beds and leave. Didn’t even clean anything else. First two days they didn’t give us toilet paper. We had to ask for it at the front desk.
    • It was a bit of a walk to the centre but not enough to stop me going again! Loved it!

    Clean, friendly staff,

No parking (although there are many free parking near the hotel), a long time to check in

I come to this hotel every year of not 2 times a year, it is definitely the best. So clean so accommodating staff are amazing... the lemon slushies and pool side food are to die for!Well recommended ? ? Thank you for a wonderful stay again. Will see you in may xx

    Smelly!

The hotel is absolutely fine in terms of facilities and location. However, during our first night the room (319) filled with the most intensely horrible smell. We had to literally sleep with sheets over our heads, with the balcony door open. The same thing happened at various other times during our stay, though fortunately only the once in the middle of the night. We're confident the smell - which was like grease and onion - was coming through the extractor fan system (thankfully, it didn't affect the children's room if we kept the door closed!). We suspect that every time someone cooked in nearby rooms, the smell came through the extractor fan in our room. When I complained, my concerns were dismissed by the receptionist as 'just cooking smells'. I was told however by other hotel staff that this was a known issue. We were offered a different room but it was on the shaded side of the hotel and had a split balcony which I felt uneasy about with 3 children. I was also concerned that the issue could occur in other rooms anyway, so we kept the same room and made sure doors were shut and the balcony door open. Scanning previous reviews, there are references to smells so this is clearly a known issue. There is an urgent need for the hotel to investigate and upgrade their extractor fan system, and to take seriously how this affects the experience of their guests.

Clean, comfortable, lots of activities for kids, plenty of amenities nearby.2 mins walk to bus 103 route that goes to Santa Ponça beach and then Palma (50 mins approx.) with slightly quicker return journey.

A bit further from Santa Ponça beach than ideal.. Maybe 20 mins+ walk. Also a bit British centric... Like I had gone to butlins but in Spain seeing so many bits abroad. A more cultural experience would have been better.Room balconies felt a bit invasive, and would have preferred lock on bathroom door.Palmanova Beach was a bit further (45mins) but much nicer.

Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Extremely helpful staff.

The lighting is a bit too stark. Could do with a subtle table lamp or two without using harsh led bulbs.

The location is quiet but within walking distance or a short taxi ride from busier places. The food was reasonably priced and good quality. There is a mini market across the road which is very handy. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean.

We went in April and it was too hot in the rooms at night, despite me booking this hotel as advertised as ‘air conditioned rooms’. Apparently the air con/ heater system is one or the other for the whole hotel so it was on heaters. The only way to turn it off was to have the door open so it was noisy at night and we were woken up early by noise too. We didn’t get a good nights sleep.

    Room size was good

I found for a 4 start hotel this lacked majorly. A cost for pool towels with a deposit being held, a charge to use the safe in your room and the faux leather furniture in the room was dirty. This might be fine for the quality of clients you are attracting but not exactly premium.

    Very quite

Soap in bathroom had a nauseous smell. We had to buy a soap bar in the shops, as it was not nice to use the one provided by the hotel.

    Location was perfect.

The room was not cleaned properly and we had to ask for toilet paper all the time. The floors were always dirty.

    View from the balcony

For 4 days in our room, the bed linen was not changed and the floor was not washed. I put up a sign on door handle, but it didn't work. The bed was simply untidily made, but the sheets and pillowcases were not changed. I went to the reception twice and asked to replace the towels. One day I met a cleaner in the hallway and asked to change the bed linen. And what did I see in the evening? The linen has not been changed. When I told this to the administration, they just replied "sorry." Another of the disadvantages. The shower is very uncomfortable, water flows out of the shower tray onto the floor of bathroom. There is mold in the corners of the shower. Room 410.

    Very good

we arrived at 10 pm and were put in a terrible apartment. At the reception we were assured that everything was occupied and there was no possibility of replacement. The apartment did not match what we saw in the photo. I was very upset because the next day was my Birthday. In the morning we met with the hotel manager and told that we are not happy. She solved the problem very quickly. And at 10 a.m. we were in a new great apartment. And in the room was a bottle of champagne and congratulations from the hotel team. Thank you so much!
