Iberostar Selection Jardín del Sol Suites - Adults Only

Location, view, cleanliness.

Bedroom light management was insufficient. Bathroom stool was in a tiny box. Water temp in shower wandered a lot. Overall difficult to sit outside in a shady place. One cranky desk person and harsh bathroom lighting.

The staff was amazing my accommodations were great! Great pools and Spa. I actually upgraded my room so I had a penthouse suite that was amazing with a rooftop whirlpool and view.

The food was just okay I would probably normally skip the breakfast lunch seems to be the best meal of the day dinner was okay.

Spacious room, kind and helpful staff, amazing view, great breakfast selection, great cocktails

Lunch food was quite expensive, a strawberry plate upon arrival as a favor from the hotel attracted loads of ants but the room was changed quickly, nice restaurants were a long walk or short taxi ride away - not many in the vicinity

grounds, views, location

The all inclusive option was "mostly all inclusive". I probably woudn't get that option again. It was very confusing. Most annoying was the food at the bar cafe was NOT included. Mini bar in room that was included was very limited. All wine except house was was NOT included. Room had not a single painting, or decoration. Was like a dorm room.

The view is amazing! Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. Food is good.

The staff at the restaurant is rushing so much. Several times they attempted to take my plate and i had to tell them that i am not finished with my food. It makes you feel like you have to eat quickly and leave.

Excellent food, good spa and pool

Small balcony and bathroom.

The staff were amazing. Good breakfast. Big room. Comfy beds and pillows.

Our shower was a bit broken. Not the main shower just the weird one that shot out jets at various heights. It was fine and we didn't care.

Location and staff

Food only one Buffett restaurant was open Same food everyday Mini bar in the room was empty never filled even after repeated request All inclusive does not include even normal drinks like Bloody Mary , tequila, good whiskey

On-site restaurant was spectacular! Activities, view and facilities were all fantastic too.

It wasn't very clear that most of the pool photos were of areas that only certain rooms were allowed to access. It was disappointing to not be able to use them as they were so quiet.

One of the best breakfast selection I’ve experienced on holiday fantastic choice. Staff were excellent from check in, Guiliano with glass if Cava, all staff always acknowledged you which is nice, even the cleaner was very happy and gave you a nice greeting.

Nothing. Everything is great

Fabulous hotel with fantastic staff , only had breakfast on site which was lovely and wide variety of options.

Nothing , it could be a little clearer when booking that some areas are not open to all guests.

Amazing location and room. The staff were fantastic and attention to detail first class. Breakfast buffet had the best choice we’ve ever seen

The hotel is fantastic with a great location and food is excellent. I would not be a huge fan of buffet style food, but the quality and selection for lunch and dinner is superb. The star exclusive section of the hotel is particularly good and would recommend paying the extra for these rooms.

Santa ponsa itself is just an OK resort.

We have been holidaying at this hotel for 10 years. The staff are excellent especially the bar and restaurant. I always say it may be a 4 star hotel but it has 5 star service.

This is not a criticism but a suggestion that the shower room could do with some TLC

Location,food

Room layout

The Staff at this hotel were 5 star. Hotel was 2 star

Hotel was tired our room had problems with electrics.Poor value for money .

The Location is wonderful , the staff are exceptional

The food was terrible for this level of hotel Meant to be Adults only and yet they served chips with fish nuggets every evening !!, the room is old fashioned wood no paintings a jacuzzi bath in the room that is pointless meaning the sink and basin is not in with the toilet !!!.

Lovely breakfast, friendly staff. Amazing comfy beds, with brilliant fan! The cleaners were great too.

Gym wasn’t good. Water machine never worked. No music and too small!

Dining was poor, nothing nearby

Bar restaurants closed at 4

Great sea swimming, fantastic view from room and great staff.

Room strange layout, bath open plan, small shower room. Bedroom at the back no view.
