Lovely reception from the moment we walked in. Such helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and room with a balcony. Lovely breakfast every day and a terrace for the evening drinks. Easy to walk to the beach and hire a sun bed. Also next to the bus stop for trips to Palma.

Near the beach, a small hotel with only 50-ish rooms. If you are light sleeper get the pool side room. The staff were very nice and helped with the room change (we got a front-facing room for the first night). Close to the park, beaches, and restaurants.

Need to work on the cleanliness in the rooms. The floor was dirty from before our stay. The breakfast was good, but the selection was very limited. The front-facing rooms are very noisy at night, as there are people coming from parties, a bus and taxi stop, and a roundabout just in front of the hotel.

Location great and great value with the 20% off in Harrys bar and restaurant attached. Breakfast was very good with a good choice. Very relaxing stay and staff extremely friendly

The hotel has a lot of things going for it: location, value for money, cleanliness etc. but it's absolute best feature is the staff. All of them were truly wonderful. So genuinely friendly and helpful. Honestly, we had the best time.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help you, breakfast included in our stay and was lovely with lots to choose from. Will definitely be staying again

Breakfast was excellent, good choice. Hotel was very clean and smelled beautiful.All staff from reception, bar and house keeping were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us and the hotel outdoor bar is lovely to relax in.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The only thing that I think could be helpful would be to have a grab bar in the shower. But it wasn't anything that took away the positive experience of our stay.

The best has been the staff, they helped me from minute one! I had a lot of luggage with me traveling alone for work and they were extremely kind helping me bring it to the reception and room, they upgraded me so that I could have enough space and had several Gluten Free options for breakfast. Not only that, they provided me with a pic nic bag for every day that I couldn't enjoy breakfast on site because of work. Absolutely everyone was kind and friendly, I couldn't recommend it more. Thank you so much again for all your help and kindness during my stay!

Hotel exceeded my expectations. It was spotlessly clean, in a great location and staff were amazing. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again!

Very nice hotel in the middle of the city. Comfortable beds, great breakfast, tasty dinners. I loved the swimming pool. We couldn´t swim in February, but we always spent nice time on the sun there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I totaly recommend this place for winter days.

You park your car near the hotel in the public parking place. It is free, but not safe. Somebody damaged our car at night.

- location is very central to everything, on the quieter side but within walking distance to livelier side.- staff very helpful and friendly. - rooms are clean, have a fridge and they are cleaned daily. - breakfast was nice.

Everything from the minute we arrived. The staff at reception, the cleaners, breakfast staff and bar staff. Every one of them were helpful and courteous.The food was lovely and the location is perfect for holiday makers.Leah, Petra, Conchita and rest made it a fantastic holiday for us and it was the same on our first stay.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.We will be back again in 2025 after refurbishment and hope to meet all the staff again.

Perfect central location. Clean and tidy. Very friendly staff.

The pool area was nice and relaxing. The breakfast was great, lots of choice! The dinner was gorgeous, we got the lasagne and it was fab! It's close to the beach, shops and bars. The staff were lovely and friendly.

The room could have done with a better clean but everywhere else was spotless! There was no table out on the balcony.
