The location and included breakfast

Nothing really. I was good value. We were scuba diving so the hotel was a place to sleep

Felt like a luxury getaway. Beautiful beach right across the road. Bus stop about 5min walk down the road- bus takes you right into Palma. The breakfast included in my reservation was an absolute highlight. It was a buffet style breakfast every morning from a restaurant with amazing beach views just across the road from the hotel. The staff were so accommodating and welcoming, they made it a 5 star stay.

The breakfast was good, the 2 male receptionists, Arif, and the black guy were really helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and the cleaners made sure that we had fresh towels and toiletries daily. The beds were comfortable, and we had a beautiful seaside view. We asked if we could have a kettle in the room because we would drink tea at night, and we were provided with one.

The lady at the reception was not as friendly as the male receptionist. She doesn't greet the guests, and when we checked out, she just said sign here and pushed the paper and pen. No thank you or even a smile.

Nice place to stay for a short time vacation. Good location to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach is very close to the property. Just a normal breakfast not so much options. But it worths the money

Price was really good, room was satisfactory and there was a bath which is a nice way to end your day. Room itself was clean, but we noticed lots of cockroaches on the premises.

Breakfast was not in the hotel itself rather a bit further down the street. The quality of this breakfast was rather lackluster. The coffee was disgusting, the fruit juice tasted odd, the eggs are the powdered kind, the bacon felt like eating leather. Basically a really cheap quality breakfast. It was included in the price, but this honestly doesn't justify it being such a bad experience.

The breakfast provision was very good. The restaurant is on the beach, great views. Coffee machine was giving staff grief and when it worked, not great quality. Alternative hot drinks provided and this coffee was much better than the machine.

Good location 5mins from beach shops and restaurants bit dated but good value

Pool area was a bit small sun didn't stay long their so had to go to beach

The pool area doesn’t get much sun light during the day. The rooms were a little dated but we can’t complain as we got a great deal.

Unfortunately there are no on site food such as breakfast etc...this was served in a local restaurant across the road...this is not the worse situation but I just prefer to be on the one location...room service was available but I suspect it was also from the restaurant... maybe just seasonal

The room was clean. The location is perfect, near a lot of restaurants and the beach.

The bathroom was a llittle small - not good positioning of the bath equipment

Breakfast in restaurant across road, below average by Irish/english people’s standards. Bed very hard. Room a little small but comfortable temperature with balcony

Huge room, hot water, excellent view, amazing breakfast

Everything was perfect. Even free parking was available half kilometer away.

We had amazing time during our stay. The staff were professional and friendly.

The hotel could benefit from a car parking area to make it easier for the first time visitors that need to rent a car.

The air conditioning was noisy while sleeping.During the taking shower, the water leaked into the room. It was not stable and comfortable. There was no water provided which is basic supply
