Located in a quiet side-street, but close to the beach and the restaurants. Breakfast was nice, and the room was clean (bathroom was a bit shabby though).

Upon arrival our room did not have any towels, so we had to get them from the reception. Room had very thin walls, so you pretty much hear what is going on in neighboring rooms. Same applies for doors and noise in the hallway. Internet was poor quality.

Parking space had to be found on the street and it’s usually difficult. There’s however a public parking area near the steak house which was handy. Room was a bit old but ok. The bathroom sometimes had a very unpleasant smell.

Breakfast was nice, the room was clean and perfect for just two nights. We liked the small balcony, sitting there in the sun in December was delightful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great, walking distance from Santa Ponsa's center, shops, restaurants, and even the large Mueller drugstore on the other side of the street. We appreciated that our dog could come along.

It's an 'adult only' hotel, but the adults in the rooms around us where extremely noisy after 22:00 hrs. One night we heard loud singing, music and television sounds, and people were talking loud as if they were at home, which kept us awake quite a bit. The 2nd night we woke up in the middle of the night from the smell of some aggressive solvent in the hallway, that came into the room through the crack under the door. It was really unbearable, and beside that extremely unhealthy and poisoneous. We had no idea what caused it, and it made us feel unsafe. What if it catches fire? The smell was really extreme. We opened a window at the end of the hallway, and after that we lay a towel on the floor to keep the smell out of the room. We had to keep the balcony door open to get fresh air in the room, which also invited a few mosquitos. All in all, the 2nd night was not a good one. In the morning when we left early, we saw footprints on the stairs, and it looked as if someone had stepped into wet paint. So we assume the stairs were painted that night, causing that horrible solvent smell???

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is looking a bit tired, our bathroom and shower could do with refitting and the room needed a coat of paint. The safe wasn't really worth using as it could be carried out of the room (not fixed down). The bedroom door lock was very flimsy.

The biggest problem are mosquitoes. I came back home at least with 20 bites of mosquitoes.

Good value for money. I've been here before. It's a place that offers just the right things and comfort for a work visit.

This is the second time we've visited the space, and once again, the experience with the mosquitoes was horrible. I don't understand how to know the number of mosquitoes they have; they don't provide mosquito repellent in the rooms. We could not sleep

The swimming pool was not open for use and mosquitos found their way to the room!

Great location, quiet but very short walk to amenities.

This is not a 3 star hotel, more like 2 star. The pictures in Booking.com are very flattering and not what we received. On our second day there were issues with hot water, if you are a larger person the bathroom would have been difficult to manage in, very very small.

From the outside one wouldn’t immediately expect how well decorated, comfortable, tidy and clean the rooms are, especially considering the price point

Maybe the area directly surrounding the hotel isn’t all that much, but just one or two streets away you can find anything you’d be looking for

We stayed at Miranda and had a decent experience. The rooms were fine, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good, and we enjoyed it.

The bathroom was quite small, which might be an issue for some. One downside was that the hotel has quite a limited soundproofing—we could clearly hear people in the neighboring rooms.Unfortunately, there was no elevator, which could be inconvenient for some guests, and parking was quite challenging as it’s only available on the street.
