Very close to beach and large supermarket. Nice views from some rooms. Pool was great to hang out at. Very warm and welcoming staff. They have everything you need at this hotel, and the food was excellent. In my experience, the rooms were very quiet compared to other hotels. Highly recommend, especially for the price. The staff is pretty laid-back about almost everything, they don't have a lot of strict rules you have to follow opposed to some other hotels. there is some evening entertainment if you're into that and during the day they have sports activities like shuffleboard pool, ping pong or water aerobics with dance instructors. they also have sangria parties during midday around the pool where they play music and hand out free sangria and fruit. Lots of fun! Pro tip-if you stay 7 days they give you one of your buffet nights in the patio restaurant all inclusive when you are staying half board!

if you are unlucky enough to have a large youth group of soccer players invade the hotel, you probably won't enjoy your stay as much. there was a large soccer tournament while I was there but it was all adults and great fun. The hotel is located right next to a large sports complex and is where all the athletes stay. The room I got was directly above reception and had a great view but was a bit noisy at times and had smoke coming up from all the people milling around in front of the hotel. I would select a different room next time.

Ideal location right next to the beach and shops. Room had a balcony with a nice view.

We had some queries with the reception at one point but said they could not help and acted in a very defensive way. Buffet restaurant had a decent selection but food quality was poor. Also saw a cockroach at one point. Pool/lounge bar had very bad cocktails and staff that acted like they didn't want to be there. The whole hotel is in dire need of a renovation with very old fashioned decor and a spa with nothing in it.

Very comfy beds, excellent breakfast buffet, fabulous views from the adults only rooftop pool. Hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. I stayed as a solo traveller and felt very safe in my room and in the hotel.

The rooftop area could do with some umbrellas for the normal sun beds as the bali beds with shade are hard to get (you need to get in the queue for them before the pool opens at 10!)

A friend had recommended to stay here as she stays every year and honestly exceeded our expectations, staff were lovely food was absolutely amazing and well what can I say about cocktails ..outstanding !!! Definatley be coming back next year !!

All inclusive food drinks brilliant staff lovely rooms comfortable

We was all inclusive and the buffet restaurant always had plenty of choices from omelete”s made to order, full English, pancakes, pastries cold buffet cereals etc alway plenty to choose from at each sitting.

The restaurant needed many blue light fly machines maybe about 4-6. Flies were all over the walls and ceilings and several times they were landing on you constantly while you were trying to eat and landing on the foods all open on the buffet also had a cockroach running around our feet on one occasion.We kept getting a real awful smell of sewerage coming through our hotel room at all different times of the day and nite!The bar ques were often long but good selection of drinks. The entertainment team was absolutely great. Entertainment was good the team who run that are amazing! Daily fun aqua gym pool and darts competitions and some good daily entertainment too! Good nightly entertainment and staff were friendly and helpful. You can walk from hotel 5 mins to beach, bar and restaurants shops etc. Beds big and comfy and room kept very clean! All in all would definitely return.

Rude staff. Queues. No drinks available after 11.30 even to buy. Broken bed. Definitely not as good as expected, disappointing. Food not 4 star.

No air con in the rooms and when i asked i was told air con isnt being switched onto 13th May!!!

Went all inclusive on this one. Good selection for breakfast and dinner. Overall very nice hotel and would return. Room abit on the small size but adequate. Staff are very friendly and nice location. Easy to access the bus. Travelled in April so on the cool side for the outdoor pool.

Hotel was clean and in reasonable location. Room was clean and a good size. Reception and cleaning staff very friendly.

Hotel more suited to youngsters. Bar area and rooftop pool extremely noisy with all day drinking. No table service, had to queue for drinks. Many of restaurant and bar staff were quite rude and majority of self service food was lukewarm with long queues.

Very clean, great location, friendly staff, good selection of food, good facilities, reasonably priced. No complaints about anything from us.

The music around the main pool area was continuous, maybe a quiet time during lunch ?

Good reception, clean rooms, water aerobics were fun as were the staff. Plenty of good food choices.location is great Santa Ponsa is lively with a great long sandy beach plenty of bars and restaurants,roof terrace has great views. Large pool and con my large beds!

A few odd cockroaches in the food hall but they were quickly dealt with and probably somewhat unavoidable. Bar ques were terrible felt sorry for the staff but one time qued for mins. Stage a bit tired, towels and sun beds worn and jacuzzi broken and old. Hotel lovely just needs a bit of an update.

Location, hotel and food were excellent. Beautiful room.

The cleanliness of the room was lacking and the towels needed to be changed more often.
