    • I had booked an apt as I’ve dogs but I was let down at last minute abd found this hotel at 23h15 in the Pyrenees. It was so lovely or so I thought until I awoke and saw how stunningly beautiful the town is… just stunning. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was and delight. I only wish I could have stayed longer to explore this lovely town. Then I saw the walk to ski lift!!! We will be back.
    • The position of the hotel was ideal - near the town and yet with beautiful views. The room was quiet - very important, despite quite a lot of people staying there. The room was comfortable, though the bed was slightly hard. The breakfast was very good - lots of choice and plenty of room.
    • Dine-in, the hotel has one of, if not the best, restaurante in the area. Huge French themed buffet didn’t disappoint. Aceptable outdoors pool, decent sauna and Spa. Personnel so friendly and helpful one could think you were in Bali. Nice clean rooms with great views to the Pyrenees.

    Cons -

    • Everything was ideal, except one thing. The car park for guests was largely cordoned off by tape and posts by the hotel on 2 days that we were there. Two groups of historic/sports car owners were staying at the hotel and had obviously demanded this. Why??? We probably paid as much or more for our room and suddenly we cannot park in the reserved spot. This is not normal. I particularly chose this hotel because of secure parking only to find on 2 days that some group has reserved nearly all spaces! The hotel was beautiful otherwise, but this was a serious mistake. This car park was supposed to be for all guests, first come first served. It was not possible to reserve a space in advance.
    • Perhaps gym could have been better equipped (ok for instagram pics but not so much for a workout)
    • No chairs provided in the room or on the balcony… the addition of which would have made our stay that little bit more comfortable..

The staff, the room, the balcony with deck chairs, the breakfast, the location, the pool, the bar, the restaurant, and many other things I didn't mention.

Perfect location opposite lifts. Breakfast was nice. The staff were really nice. Beds very comfortable! Spa is too small.

Buffet dinner was bad / overpriced. They mixed several different cuisines and only gave option for two main dishes.

You can tell as soon as you enter that a lot of thought has been given to detail in this hotel. It’s exceptionally well done.

The room became very hot at night, even with air conditioning. We struggled to sleep in the upstairs bed.

Friendly staff and atmosphere. Stylish lounge/comfort area. Pool was warm and clean. The food was of the highest quality and stylish in presentation.

New hotel with a nice restaurant and a great location near the park, lake and mountains. Clean, modern rooms with a balcony, comfy beds and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

Expensive compared with other options and the parking had limited space although there were free parking places slightly further away and independent of the hotel.

    9DunjaPosted on: 3-27-2023

The location is just perfect, ski lift just in front of the hotel as well as the green area a round the hotel is perfect for a walk of play with the kids. The hotel and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Our stay was short so we did not test the spa facilities but would like to have an indoor pool as well. Otherwise, the rest was just perfect

We really enjoyed staying at the Mercure Peyragudes Loudenvielle Pyrénées. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts and dinners were wonderful. Special thanks to the chef for the New Year's Eve dinner. Totally recommend. and what is great also, that hotel is pet friendly

a bit small SPA in the hotel, but it's nothing, because just opposite from the hotel there is big SPA center Balnèa

the scenery was breathtaking.the staff was really friendly and helpful.the liquid soap offered by the hotel in the bathroom was really special.the breakfast couldn't have been better!

There isn't anything really to complain about. The hotel was fully booked so we had to leave before we intended to.there wasn't anybody to help us with the luggage.

Beautifully decorated and the staff are very friendly.

Just paper cups in the bedroom, no China cups.

    The restaurant was very disappointing

    9TomPosted on: 9-10-2022

Super clean in nice and cozy, modern Scandi style. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Room was comfortable with balcony and good view.

Coffee was from Nespresso-like machine. Could have done with proper espresso coffee.
