The location, the view, the space of rooms and the fooooooood! Super love the food especially the bfast.

Check in time is too late. It was 3pm, which was really late compared to other hotels. Check out time is acceptable to 11am. But it would be better to make the check in time even by 1pm or 2pm.

We love the view of the city plus the pool and food is superb!

- The kids pool was out of service and should be fixed as soon as possible.- During breakfast it was not allowed to sit outside on the balcony. This should be allowed.- The fridge in the restaurant was broken, so there were no cold drinks.

Beautiful location. I like the food of the itaian restaurant.

Staff doesn’t quite embody a service industry professional presence. Maybe a little upskilling. It’s more of just a neighborhood feels type of services. Food in buffet is just normal. Cost not commensurate to services. They aced the amentities and facilities though.

What we like most is the view and the facility itself. The staff is very accommodating and approachable. My family, especially the kids, enjoyed this summer experience very much and they wanted to stay more. We will definitely come back.

Faster room service and food was so expensive. There was also no cellphone signal in the property, however, the wifi was strong and available in all areas

Upon arrival, we were given an early check. 90 minutes to prior to the standard time and we really appreciated it. I’d like to commend Kars, very eloquent, professional, and proactive. She really stood out. The F&B Team was superb, so attentive and helpful. I’d like to commend Rolan for the service whenever he brings food in our room. Room was immaculately clean and spacious. Plus the excellent wifi.

On our 2nd night, there were banging, pulling, stomping noise, then found out we are under an event space, but kudos to the reception who did his job and did proactive follow through.

The amenities, specially the pool!! And the buffet is superb!!!

The bed was too small and only 1chair available each room, and even sofa. Internet connection is too weak

You need to have your private transport to get there as no Uber taxis can get there on the peak of this mountain resort

The rooms are excellent aside from the occasional noise from who knows where (opening and closing of restroom doors and probably someone moving some furniture). The best part of the whole stay is the bed where you'll probably want to stay whole day. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and clean.

Meal prices are pricey. You won't have a choice but eat there because it's far from outside restaurants and attractions. Not much to do here but eat, sleep, and swim. Not that that's bad.

Facilities

Elevators were down so it was a bit tiring to go up and down the stairs to and from the facilities. Would be good to have buffet breakfast and dinner on weekdays too.

Really loved the kids area, the badminton area and the gym. The food was good too.

There are many things to like about the resort but the service felt lacking in some areas. For example, we were at the breakfast buffet at 655 and was stopped by a waiter from getting food because she insisted that buffet starts at 7. Normally that wouldn’t bother us but we were with a child who was hungry. Maybe don’t let people in if they are very strict about the time. Incomplete items in the rooms even though we checked in at 3pm (no bath mat, not enough towels). Internet was very intermittent. Rooms were old. Our door’s lock wasn’t working and sheets were stained. No one answers texts or calls on their mobile number prior to checkin. Staff also gave conflicting times on the start of some activities (bonfire started at 530 but front desk said it started at 630), kids playroom opens at 7 but some said it opens at 8.

They didnt tell us that there is No elevator since i am pregnant and have 2kids. 2yrs old and 1year old
