Very nice staff. Great food (breakfast and dinner were included). Great places to visit within a short drive.

The "outdoor hot tubs" mentioned in the english description of the hotel re not really hot so, not really enjoyable in october. The spanish description is more accurate.

Very pleasant hotel - definitely "old school " 4 stars:) Perfect for adults seeking quality summer refuge.Meaning great service, personal attention and excellent food. Variety of breakfast and dinner buffet will really satisfy any foodie or gourmet connoisseur. Hotel facilities were perfect for anybody trying to enjoy a holiday or working holiday (yes yes - there was fast internet and quiet work spaces for workoholics too). 2 pools with chill area, DJ and on-site catering. Daily live music concerts for every taste. Safe surroundings and privacy on site. And own bike center, laundry machines and gym. Located in Alcudia center - easy to access all local attractions, easy to get from airport by a32 bus. What else do you need for a perfect holiday?

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Food was exceptional, always fresh and every day they added something new. Location was perfect, really close to the beach, with many parking places available arround. Perfect value for the money.

We absolutely loved our stay at Astoria Hotel! Everything was perfect—from the cozy room to the warm hospitality. But the real highlight was the surprise birthday dessert plate with a candle at dinner for my wife—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that truly touched us! The staff were all incredibly friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help with a smile. We felt at home from the first moment. Can’t recommend this place enough—if I could, I’d rate it 15 out of 10!

Very nice half board. The cuisine was exceptional and to any taste.There are 2 pools and bars.The staff was very friendly and helpful.The balcony is very spacious and has hangers to dry wet clothes!

The wall between the bathroom and bed is made from glass, so it does not cancel noise very well.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Selection of food has improved from last year and food was hotter. Shame Evening Entertainment had not started, apparently April is too early. Entertainment starts in May.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Room is bright and clean with a view to the pool! Our room is cleaned by the staff within the stay. Breakfast is great and provides wide variety of choices. Can’t expect more.

Generally happy with the experience. Came here for few days of cycling and I was able to get what I wanted. Only thing I would be more happy with is some tea/coffee available in the room. There is a kettle and mugs so I would expect some kind of condiments too. Good selection of food.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The building itself felt cold and unwelcoming, with drafts and a very sterile atmosphere throughout. The lighting, both in the common areas and in the room, was harsh and unpleasant — mostly cold neon lights that made the place feel more like a clinic than a hotel.We had booked a room with a jacuzzi, which was a nice touch, but again the decor lacked warmth or charm, and the same poor lighting persisted.We had half board included: breakfast was good, but dinner was a real letdown. You have to queue and wait around 25 minutes just to get into the restaurant, and after 7pm the buffet was already half empty with no sign of it being refilled.Overall, the experience was ok but I will not be coming back.

Very clean, food was amazing, with loads of vegan options. The staff were very helpful. Our room was perfectly located next to the lift (very quiet at the far end of the building) and was 20 yards from the bike centre, which was so convenient. The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss. Some quite good and others pretty awful.

The light from the fridge lit the room up at night so we just unplugged it. Service at the poolside bar was a little slow but generally OK.

The food in general is on a high level, both breakfast and dinner are varied and there are a lot of local and international options. Both the hotel and the room are very clean and the staff is very attentive. The hotel is close to the beach with sunbeds. It also the place where boat trips start.

The doors to the rooms do not have a frame, which causes a lot of noise to come in to the room (people walking in the corridor, people depositing glass bottles in the recycling been). That impacted our sleep. The surrounding area is touristy and underdeveloped. It's mostly hotels, couple of grocery stores and pubs catering to British tourists. For nightlife look somewhere else. Mosquitoes are also present in the area.

Nice hotel, always smiling staff. Food is always served with taste, breakfast and dinner are very delicious and various. Every evening we had a pleasure to watch shows - singers, musicians.

Well, I would say, that these things aren't most important for us, but still - private parking lot would be nice, because there is no place to stop a car and take out luggage, heavy traffic around hotel.Bathroom wasn't quite comfortable in a room. But still, I would recommend this hotel with high rate.

Personnel was friendly and caring, we had all our requests fulfilled ASAP. Separate thanks to ladies cleaning the rooms- quick and friendly. fresh towels and water were provided daily.

I loved everything about this property, Adults only!! Staff were exceptional, rooms were large clean & cool. Food was amazing!!!!

From the staff, to the selection of food and drinks and the vibes at both pools suited to everybody, this hotel really has got everything absolutely spot on.

The TV wasn’t working or connecting to the internet for the day of really bad weather. Technician was not on the premises to fix this.
