Location, staff, breakfast ?

Noisy air conditioner, poor separation between the neighboring balconies, limited privacy …

The breakfast buffet was outstanding with so many choices. The location was great as our base for our day trips to Old Town Alcuidia, Pollenca, Ca'n Picafort and Formentor Beach. We visited in late September so it was easy to find parking on the street close to the hotel.

It is very much a family location and we felt the restaurant choices in the area were more focused on what families would choose. We had outstanding burgers at the Black Pig; not something we usually order on vacation but simply divine beef.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food was both delicious and varied, with a great selection of fish and seafood. The desserts were a bit too sweet for my taste, but there were also lighter alternatives such as fresh fruit. Close to the beach and supermarkets.

I found the price for one child to be extremely high compared to what was offered. In September there were no activities available for children, and while the restaurant charged half price for them, the accommodation cost did not reflect the same. There is no play area or toys for kids, and the garden offers limited space. The cleaning was rather superficial, and the hotel itself would benefit from some renovation. Overall, the price feels quite high for the conditions provided.

They charge for the safes in the rooms. Which 4* hotel does that?Also, the dinner at the restaurant is either a full-buffet or nothing. Also, the establishment is quite old.

Everything! The facilities were great, the hotel is very clean, the service is second to none. Special mention to the breakfast, the selection was incredible.

I am 5’1 and the bathroom sink is recessed and higher than 32”, I had to ask for a stool in reception to brush my teeth :)

Lack of amenities, very small tv, hard bed, no coffee machine, no kettle. Did not feel like a 4 star hotel

Pools and atmosphere

Old air conditioning that somewhat struggled to keep the room cool on hot days/nights

Pros - hotel is clean and well maintained, pool area is very relaxing - Single room was clean and spacious, even has a balcony! - Very easy to park around hotel - Staff was very accommodating - they (Jose) rescheduled my dates without problem, they (Isabel and chef Martin) arrange late night dinner when I missed one at hotel (due to excursion), everyone is nice and kind. - they’re very good at sustainability, they give you credit if you skip cleaning one day. You can then use credit for the bar. - good nighttime entertainment

Cons- very minor but the safe deposit box cost 3 euro. I’ve never had to pay for a safe box in other hotels in Mallorca… ended not using it up cause the area was extremely safe but still weird - would be nice to have a kettle, coffee, tea, water in room

Food, bar,and swimming pool

amazing staff, cleand and comfortable rooms. food was delicious with lots of choiches. we had an amazing time and would return without hesitation!

Staff r really friendly. Location is good a lot of restaurants nearby only 5 mins to the beach. Room was big enough for both of us .

We could hear upstairs moving furnitures and walking

Exceptional qualify of the food and great variety each morning/evening.Friendly staff, good amenities (including co-working space which I found very convenient), free and fast WiFi.Different areas of the hotel were not crowded, and even in busy meal times the atmosphere feels very chill. There was always plenty of space around the pool and on the beach. Beach very close, easily accessible and really nice.Room had balcony and great views to the sea and the mountains both.Hotel has focus on sustainability and tries to reduce impact.Would recommend going up Puig de Sant Martí (if not too hot), visiting the old town of Alcudia and Can Picafort too.

Bring cash as all the ATMs (that i've tried) charge between 4 and 6euro extra per transaction.Water bottle in the restaurant/bar is a bit overpriced. Courtesy shower should have shower gel provided.I understand food is not allowed to be taken out of the buffet, but one whole fruit per person should be possible?

Bad staff not welcoming especially Joana who said that she cant change the room because hotel full which was not the case

The poor furnitures in the room (no water) we have to pay 2 euro per persons to change the towels. The swimming pools are small

Resort not far from the beach, a short walk is enough to reach the sea. Great breakfast.

The pool was much smaller than it looks on the picture and somewhat not so clean, I only saw birds swimming in it. Spa facilities were also quite small, and the jacuzzi cold ? Toileteries only provided on request; hotel somewhat noisy due to the resort activities and the neighbours who seem to play loud music on their balcony facing the hotel garden. Parking in the street but finding room wasn't hard. The best part of Port d'Alcudia is located on the other side of the bay.
