I loved the location of the hotel and breakfast was on point as well.

Hotel was beautiful and very stylish. Our room was a little small but beautifully laid out and had everything we needed. We had a premier double room with sea view on the 6th floor and it did have a lovely panoramic view of the whole bay. The staff were exceptional and food beautiful quality and taste.

Out toilet was a little small and not much room and open to the shower area. A little extra space and larger toilet size and sliding modesty door would be great.

The staff in the restaurant were super nice, breakfast and dinner buffet great, hotel was clean.

Beautiful surroundings, 3 pools, very close to the Port and friendly staff. Also provided parking for a fee and had a free shuttle to the Port.

Like the spa, and swimming pool, nice staff. Hotel is located in a quiet area. If you don’t want buffet for breakfast, they also have a cafeteria. Really clean and nice smells room and lobby.

Rooms are clean and great, good breakfast and the place itself looks amazing.

the staff wasn’t helpful or nice at all, we arrived around midnight, no one offered to help with bags or anything at all, the parking was always full even tho its not for free. The worst thing ever was the gym, very tiny and no AC at all it felt like a sauna before even working out! No one offering towels, water.

I loved that they brought cake to my room for my birthday without me asking

There were definitely positives during our stay: the staff kept the rooms very clean every day, and the food was excellent with plenty of variety—not repetitive at all. I also really enjoyed the morning yoga classes.

There were several areas that could be improved during our stay.•No water refills available anywhere in the hotel, including the spa—you must purchase and carry your own water.•The Turkish spa was broken during our visit.•No direct beach access; instead, there is only a dock across the street.•Pool and spa hours end at 7 PM, which feels too early, especially since there isn’t much else to do on the resort.•The hotel does not offer a shuttle service.•Limited activities—more water sports or extended spa/pool hours would add value.•Our mini fridge was not restocked with water, beer, or milk for coffee after the initial delivery at check-in.

The location is good and further away from the crowd.The staff is friendly and helpful. The views from higher floors are amazing!

The hotel is poorly maintened. We had to move from one room to another, because in the first one air from the AC was smelling like sewers. They tried to fix it, but it didn't help. In the second room the AC wasn't working properly and only could work on MAX, being very noisy. The pools had a nasty yellowish line all around so we didn't use them ? There was a disgusting sewers smell in front of the reception that sometimes entered the rooms. Overall the experience was nowhere bear the price we paid for the rooms (roughly 280 EUR per night).

One of our 2 rooms smelled, bearable, but smelled. We told the front desk, who sent cleaning lady, but didn’t fix or offer a solution. Loved everything else.

We like the location with the natural and undeveloped beaches.

Although the buffet restaurant was good and the staff outstanding, we found the evening meal selection was difficult to identify and sometimes over cooked.

The rooms were clean, and comfortable. There was ongoing construction which was fine, but it was a little hard to get from one part of the hotel to the next. The dinner was also a little bit expensive for the quality of the food.

The air conditioning didn’t work for the first night, but the second night it did.

- construction was still ongoing in some parts of the hotel - bed the was not stable - probably not fixed well a s we seemed to be the first client using the room- personell at reception is new and check in takes a lot of time.- quite far from the port with restaurants about 1.7 km

New room. Ongoing construction works - like facade works, air conditioning is not working. Breakfast variety is not great. Also hammam didn’t work

Absolutely superb in every aspect. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. Service is top-notch; staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Facilities are impressive too, from the rooftop pool to the well-equipped gym and relaxing spa. Highly recommended for leisure stays.

Beachfront advertised… couldn’t access beach from the property
