Prinsotel Mal Pas - Adults Only

We arrived at 12:00 AM, and there was a Cockroach waiting for us at bathroom. Very bad experience.And the hotel is very boring at night, the pool is a joke it’s looks like for kids even it’s an adult hotel.

Friendly staff and a good toursim product

The room design could be improved for comfort (bathroom hooks closer to sink for ex, stools instead of bulky chairs for the balcony, etc)

I have to say that the service at the front desk was truly excellent and very attentive. Because we arrived very late, it was almost 2 o'clock in the morning. But the front desk still went out of their way to guide us and help us find the parking lot. Moreover, there were bugs in the room (I was really afraid of bugs), but I understood that this was an inevitable situation. At 3 o'clock in the morning, the front desk helped us change rooms. I was very grateful for their patience. And the next day at noon (because we were too tired to have breakfast), the front desk manager invited us to have sandwiches and orange juice.

The five buildings are situated below the swimming pool, so the interiors of the rooms are very damp and have a musty smell (I am particularly sensitive to the smell of mold).

The location is ideal to enjoy nature and still enjoy Alcudia city with a 15 minutes walk. The team was amazing from Claudia and Mika at reception to the breakfast waiters and chefs everyone provided the best services !

The staff were very friendly, especially Mika, we were invited twice for dinner, the food was delicious and the staff in the kitchen were phenomenal,nice hot tab and atmosphere ..Thanks guys

Breakfast and outdoor seating areas were great.We were in the apartment behind the breakfast area which was also very nice!

Some rooms are noisy as you can hear noises from the kitchen (plates, cutlery). For example room 608

Pool area is beautiful, location is great

The room was very barren and not a welcoming place to relax in, while the terrace felt almost industrial.The parking is just an uneven dirt space, that wasn’t nice to drive onto with a hire car.The staff were nice but during mealtimes always took our plates too soon, which felt like they were rushing us to finish and leave. At dinner time the drinks bill was put on our table whilst we were still eating our starters and we were forced to pay in the middle of our meal, interrupting our conversations and not allowing us to order another drink later on.

The hotel and clean and very well maintained outside, the same can't be said for the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room was tired and needed painting. The biggest issue was the mosquitos and the hotel seemingly doing nothing to help everyone who was being bitten. No candels outside which meant it was almost impossible to sit outside in the evenings.The location is very quiet, but the hotel is also extremely quiet. There is NOTHING to do once you have eaten dinner, and because of the location you can't go for a walk. Two nights out of the 6 there was some singing but that was it.Our balcony was so shady all day that we couldn't dry anything outside even though it was high 20s.

Poor for the money and zero welcome

Poor WiFi,no hot water in the room for 2 days,musty smell in the room when we arrived and poorly cleaned. Frosty cold staff. No air conditioning.No bottled water or glass in the room or fridge.

We didn't have breakfast every day but when we did it was good. Room was good and appreciated balcony. Would have liked ability to make tea/coffee in room, first thing in morning, when we returned from being out and last thing in evening.

Would have liked more information about what was on, not merely in an app which we didn't access. Printed copy always good!

A beautiful beach is super close to the hotel. The hotel area has a super nice atmosphere

The room was a bit small

Very good and beautiful location just a couple minutes drive away from Alcudia. Nice pool area, two beaches within walking distance. Amazing breakfast celection and very kind staff.

The room was very small and dark, felt like a prison cell. Nothing like on the pictures. Upon arrival the floor in the room and the bathroom was sticky, sand in the shower and shorts on the sink and toilet.

Beautiful grounds, pool, bar and surrounding areas were very well kept. The property was lovely and clean. Lots of choice at breakfast. We walked into Alcudia old town twice, it was easy enough, the location is perfect, especially for swimming at the beach in the morning.

I read a lot of negative reviews about the downstairs rooms close to the pool and the bad smell. I contacted them before our arrival and we were made sure to get a different room. Ofcourse, upon arrival; we did get the room on the ground floor next to the pool. The smell is really really bad and the humidity in the room as well. Also hardly any daylight with a very small window. We were given the option to change rooms the day after, because at that moment the hotel was fully booked. The second room was WAY better, with a nice balcony, a lot of daylight, good airco and ZERO smell. Also a bigger bed. This was in another building. However, it did give us a stressfull arrival. The rest of our stay was good, however definitely not a 4 star hotel and not worth the price. The pool looks old and not inviting.

We loved how quiet and tranquil the property was.Location is excellent, near two secluded beaches, a small shop, and a few local restaurants.

We did book bed & breakfast, but on arrival, we were told this was not the case?No kettle or iron in the room.

Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the chef making fresh omelette in the morning.

I do not understand how this hotel has 4 stars. It’s complete false marketing. The pictures online are completely misleading, the pictures are beautiful but does not correspond with the actual state of the hotel. The pictures only show the main building where the superior rooms and suites are and not the normal double beds. The reality is worn-down and has a funky smell. Our first room rank of mold, the airco was broken and taped with actual duck tape and it leaked water on the floor plus the balcony door broken that didn’t close on the ground floor. The second room we for after complaining basically had no view just a small window, it felt like a dungeon. We ended up upgrading ourselves to manage to stay the days wePlanned to not feel awful. Staff working seemed oblivious to our experience and did not even offer an apology. Breakfast not included in the superior room is also strange. Other odd thing is that they kept on chasing people for a card (you got one for a 20 euro deposit) to get a towel for the pool- it just gave a feeling that the guests were thieves and were unwanted. If a hotel is 4 stars a pool towel is not too much to ask. It was overall a strange vibe. I’m not sure if the staff is completely overworked or if there is bad management but it didn’t seem right.

Beautiful hotel and location. Very quiet hotel, nice swimming pool and nice rooms.

Evening meals could do with a bit of an upgrade. Very bland choice felt like it was designed for English and German people with chips, pizzas, and cold sausages.

Great location, a good place to relax, the pool is nice, the atmosphere is very chill. Food was great and the staff is very friendly!
