Trendhotel Alcudia - Adults Only

The hotel was clean and in a great location. It was close to restaurants and the beach. It's a good choice for those looking to relax. The staff was very friendly. The food was also much better than we expected, delicious, and there were plenty of options.

The two single beds were pushed together and were not comfortable. They could improve on this.

Fantastic stay. Brilliant location, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and huge. Gym was a great addition. There were always sun beds avalible, pool bar was great and the pool itself self was fantastic. Buffet breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend this accommodation.

This is wonderful hotel! We had a 5 day holiday there and we enjoyed it very much! Everything is very clean, great pool area, with jacuzzi, there were always free sunbeds for us and beach was about 10min walk. Alcudia beach is beautiful with white sand but very crowded, so the poolside was great to relax by! Never seen such a dedicated serving staff!Thanks again to them for being so caring, helpful and made our vacation great ? We had half pansion and food was excellent! Meals changed every time, always had a choice of different fish and meat dishes + salads, fruits, ice creams, nothing was missing! Would recommend this hotel to everyone and would be happy to come back ?

Single beds were really narrow and sheets not wide enough to tuck in sides which was annoying.when you wake up you think you had been in a hurricane. But bed comfortable but very creaky every time you move.take note all you passionate types.Also they need to put hotel signage on side of the hotel as it was easy to miss depending on what direction you came.

Very clean, perfect for couples wanting abit of relaxing time & location was perfect to shops and bars.

Food was lovely but did get abit repetitive but that’s just personal and next time would probably go self catering just so we could eat out. But that does not affect the hotel it’s self we would go back!

The hotel is clean, breakfast was pretty good (although the coffee was horrible), location is pretty close to the beach, most of the staff is friendly and helpful

Despite what their listing says, they do NOT have a hot tub/jacuzzi, which is the only reason that I booked this hotel, which costs 45 euros/night more than the hotel we had been staying at. When I complained about their listing being inaccurate, they did not apologize and offered no solution. One receptionist told me, "Other people haven't complained. They like how this is a quiet, adults only hotel." Which is like having a vegetarian book a hotel because it promises vegetarian options even though they don't have them, and then the hotel telling the vegetarian, "Other people like haven't complained. They like our meat options." It is not acceptable to have an inaccurate listing and do nothing when this affects a guest.Also, one time I returned after midnight and was locked out with no one at the front desk. I walked around the entire perimeter, thinking there might be a night time entrance, and nearly jumped the fence. Eventually I went back to the front door and knocked on the window and a guy came and let me in. When I asked him, "What am I supposed to do if I come back and no one is here?" he replied - without apologizing - "Someone is always here." Even though he was not there!! I do not thinking gaslighting a guest is consistent with 4-star service.Final small issues: They made us pay to rent pool towels and put down a deposit, the gym has barely any equipment in it, the "heated indoor pool" is not in fact heated, and multiple things in our bathroom fell apart while we were there.

Everything was great! Early access in room before check-in time. Great breakfast any wishes. And finally breakfast pack in early check-out. Thank you!

The hotel is conveniently located - in a calm area with restaurants and the beach within a short walking distance.The breakfast buffet was great, the staff super friendly.

We had one of the two rooms on the ground floor. Great access to the pool but you could here everything that went on in the bar and table movements in the early morning. The doors to the bedroom and bathroom were only sliding doors that do not fully shut. When being in the living area, you could literally hear everything that went on in the hallway. Luckily we did not need the sleep function of the couch as the room was not that spacious.

Nice and clean hotel,, breakfast is also very good Rooms are spacy and confortable!

I think the bicycles are better to be free of charge and this is the only hotel where you have to pay for pool towels

The location was good for the beach. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool area. Good breakfast and buffet evening meal.
