Good value for money paid. Half board option is definitely worth it - in 2 days we had every day completely different menu for dinner. Food was very tasty and selection wide. Drinks for dinner are not included but you can get it for 4 euros extra. We had a beautiful view from our room. Everything was super clean, pool included. Staff was very friendly.

Shower was pretty small - it will be nice without bath so it will create extra space. Somebody should sometimes check area around swimming pool as people don't care about any rules and are smoking there :/

The staff here are amazing. Food is brilliant. And it’s spotless. Plenty of work space but lovely lady receptionist let us use coworking space for a meeting. Great location. My favourite hotel in alcudia.

Bathroom

The hotel is well equipped and feels modern and friendly however it is let down in the dining hall where there are numerous signs informing residents of the drinks policy which is enforced at the evening meal. Free table water is not available and if you want to bring your own with you the staff are quick to reprimand you. This gives a less than welcoming experience and hints at an attempt to get you to spend more money. It is advisable to go early for the evening meal as the food is left out for some time. This contributed to an upset stomach on one occasion.

Clean and tidy well positioned

No air conditioning in the room. We were told by staff the air con was not switched on until may. It was not when we were there in April and we couldn't sleep due to the heat at night. The booking we made clearly stated air conditioning in the room. Very disappointed.

Staff super friendly, super comfy bed

Very little vegetarian high protein food considering it is branded as a cyclist hotel. Not asking for much, just some beans and tofu would be nice and are super cheap.

Food was excellent breakfast and evening and what a lovely gesture free glass of wine with your 3 course buffet dinner

Not enough sun loungers around the pool area and guests left the towels on them and didn't return for several hours this happened alot of times during our week's holiday

The bedroom/bathroom Bathroom had badly fitted shower screen that daily flooded the floor. The bathroom sliding door didn’t fit No toiletries which I would expect from a 4 starBathroom towels weren’t replaced Bed very uncomfortable & bed leg collapsed during the middle of the last night

Large pool area with lots of sun beds and a pool bar, spa with very good jacuzzi, staff helpful and friendly,

No parking, bedroom a bit small with dark plain furniture, towels quite thin for a 4* hotel, buffet food plentiful but average quality

good nights sleep, good location, good breakfast, decent gym, more sunbeds required at pool but really the star was MILENA - What an asset to the hotel - a truly fabulous, kind, funny and caring staff member.

The location was great, a short walk to the beach and local souvenir shops.Hotel gardens were beautiful. Bar staff were fun. The whole hotel was very clean.

The food was not so great. It was well displayed, but the meat was bony or dry. Deserts were cheap and repetative. For all-inclusive, there was one coffee machine that often ran out of milk. There was no water in rooms. Tea and coffee was available in rooms, but no milk was provided. For a fresh towel, you were charged €1, and to sit on the bed seats by thei pool, there was a charge of €30.The entertainment was also poor apart from The soul singers.

The garden was really lovely. There were sunbeds for everybody. The food was good. The staff were coo, sweet, fun, quick and professional. It was quiet and relaxing in the day and in the night. Fantastic service, and helpfull staff. Really good gym. Very nice rooms. Very beautiful place all over.

The music was good but too loud in the lounge-area in the daytime. The morning workout weren't a hit. We were there for 9 days, and only one time, the trainer had one guest with him. He didn't even try too get people to join him. Tai chi is not for most people.....he should choose something that the guest like, and not just what he like. Also the entertainment in the evening was bad. Kahoot does not make people closer or happier. It separates people with their heads down the phone. The jukebox were good fun. But all the other stuff/entertainment was bad. You can save that money on singers from outside.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Clean restaurant. Good food

Lack of sunbeds around the pool. This led to people putting towels on them at 8am and not using them until much later. Staff didn't do anything about this happening. Could take away the chairs and replace with sunbeds and monitor usage.

Small swimming pool, not enough sun beds for size of hotel. No control over “reserving” of sun beds though this was allegedly discouraged. Room quite cramped though bathroom was big enough. Useless shower.

No English tv in my room. I would have liked more entertainment . Steps to get to the pool, this would not suite everyone.

The staff were amazing , very friendly and polite .The food was good . The hotel was very clean .Perfect for couples , very tranquil and relaxing. Beautiful grounds on hotel .

No iron provided in the room . They only provide an ironing service where you pay per item ..starts from £2.50 for a shirt .The entertainment is not every night . The pool area is not very big .

It is mostly an all-inclusive hotel, which does not come across from the Booking advertisement: this means different guests and facilities than we were expecting. We were on the top floor and the elevators did not run to this level, so we had to carry our heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. WiFi did NOT work in our room, “connect at the reception then” was the answer from the staff - we ended up having to up our mobile data package for quite some money as WiFi was not working at all.Food was very greasy and unhealthy. Not much variety for breakfast. There was soy yoghurt but not every day visible so you had to ask for it.Upon arrival we had the weirdest cold buffet as we arrived late: cold chicken nuggets (?); some cold cuts and fish salad; some stale bread. Very hard if you are a vegetarian.One morning I took a water glass and when drinking noticed cut my lip: there was a complete chip out of it with a dangerously sharp edge where to drink. We had a leakage in our bathroom, apparently happens often in the wardrobe (so be careful with your clothes there). It got fixed but they never explained how and all our toiletries were drenched with filthy water. The shower has very low water pressure and constantly turns hot and cold. Personnel mostly spoke German and not great English, but they were very friendly. Overall looks WAY better in the pictures than how it actually was.
