BQ Delfín Azul Hotel

Very clean rooms and very clean pool. Plenty of sun beds and pool very safe .

Pool toilets were dirty and not cleaned enough . Poor soap facilities and drying facilities in the reception bathrooms .

The rooms were clean, modern and the pool area was beautiful.

The reception staff could have been more helpful and the pool bar/ snack bar didn’t have the full range of menu available.

Great location, super close to the bus station with airport link. Comfortable bed. Can't say too much as only stayed for one night.

Staff members who were booking me in and out could of been a bit nicer. There is no single cup, glass, spoon or anything like that in the room at all.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Perfect location a couple of minutes from the beach and right next to the bus stops.

Clean & comfortable, with pleasant staff. Slightly out of the way peaceful location which suited us. Immaculately clean.

No kettle in the room. Apparently you can hire them though. Rooms comfortable but small. Double bed was really two singles which do slide apart.

In the center of it all, just steps from the beach and within walking distance of the port. Overall, the value for the price we paid for 7 nights was reasonable.

The bq Delfin Azur didn't meet my expectations for a 4-star property. There is no coffee machine or iron in the room, you have to pay extra for the safe or pool towels. The cleaning service could have been more thorough as well. The room and especially the bathroom could use some improvement.

Location, quiet room, cleanliness generally. Food was of good standard generally.

No kettle in room, i bought my own as price to rent a kettle, an iron and the use of a safety deposit box was not fair. This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel where the provision of the above objects should be standard.There was nowhere really comfortable to sit in the hotel.I got bitten alive by mosquitoes when sitting in around the bar area. As a result I had to attend a doctor to get antibiotics and cream. This cost €100 in total. My face swelled up and I was in considerable pain and fever as a result of an allergic reaction to the bites all over my face and body.My flight the following day was not leaving until 11pm. I spoke with a female manager on morning of September 20th to see if I could negotiate a price for a late checkout until 8pm. I found the female manager very cold and unsympathetic to my obvious plight.She charged me the full price of €142 for the use of the room up to 8pm. I thought that the fee would at least be negotiable. However I was more upset about her attitude towards me than about being charged the full rate for an extra night.The reception staff the night before and that morning were much more pleasant and engaged. This female manager with very curly hair could learn from her staff how to be friendly and engaged with customers.

Great location with a nice view from the balcony. A good restaurant cross the street and a super market with 5 minutes walk.

Food and drinks in bar are great, personal is very gentle and opened, all service is being done fast and high quality. Breakfast's menu is full of choice.

Great location with a short walk to the beach and small markets. Great pool to lounge at after the beach.

The rooms were a little small. The bathrooms had plenty of room. The night time events played loud music longer than expected.

Not worth the money

Small, smelly and dirty room.When we arrived in the looby of the hotel was a huge cockroach and the staff chasing him with spray.The hotel is old and smelly.Our room doesn't had enough natural light.

No hot water the first night

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable but found the pillows too soft and thin.

The temperature of the shower kept fluctuating between Luke warm and hot. Reported this to reception on day 1 but problem not resolved.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Although not new, it has been well maintained and staff seem experienced. Good facilities. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good bus service close by. I'd stay again, but for longer next time.
