room cleaning everyday; Good breakfast and dinner. Bus station nearby the corner and the beach is closed distance to walk to the beach. good location out and around the town.

The hotel rules were kind of odds. I have to request to change Bed sheet linen otherwise they would not change even thought I was stay for nine days. secondly, My toilet was broken no water pump, refill to the tank and took them over a day to fixed, not as fast respond and customer care were not adequate as you thought. the Front desk staff some are grumpy.

Great location, pleasant and helpful staff - overall it was a good stay, but giving the price I did expect a little more. Some evening shows had great singers.

The overall cleanness was semi satisfactory in the restaurant. I know its a lot of people so it is tough to handle it, but keeping dishes squeaky clean should be a priority. Food quality in general was 6/10, it seemed a lot of it on the buffet, but in terms of taste it was mediocre for me. My husband did like it though, therefore I know its a matter of individual taste. But my taste buds are not satisfied. The music seems a little loud in the evening, luckily my baby slept through it and luckily they finished the shows around 22:30/23. What I didnt like the most was the cocktails.

Attractive, comfortable hotel, and a very good breakfast. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. I enjoyed the spa facilities.

Only one small detail - the information about the evening entertainment was not posted on the notice board early enough in the day, which meant I missed the start of the show!

Breakfast was plenty to choise from.The staff were fantastic and could not be faulted.

Found the hotel a little tired and could have been cleaner..Especially in the kitchen area.The carpets to rooms were very worn .Alot of dirty marks that could have easily been sorted .

Food was a little dissapointing . But staff was extremely friendly and were an asset to hotel. So friendly and kind and good at there job. Drinks were a little expensive.spa was great and used it alot.I would return over and over to hotel . But cleaning let it down which could be easily sorted

Very kind employees, lovely food and atmosphere

My son and his wife booked there holiday months ago, we decided to come 8 weeks ago and requested a room next to there's.You did this and made this better for us as a family.

One of the pool bar staff had little or no interaction when serving which I mentioned in an earlier email also this morning (Sun 8th Sept)my son went to the fried egg section and asked for some eggs was totally ignored and he proceeded to serve another holiday maker who was German.Not seen this kind of behaviour for a long time.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Good breakfast.

Entertainment average. Room needed a little decorative update.

The facility itself was nice

The double room was way too small even for two people and they say it's suitable for three adults it's tiny hard to get by the space between the beds wouldn't recommend it on room size

The pool area was very nice, clean and plentiful sun loungers that you didn’t need to get there at 6am to reserve! The breakfast selection was amazing and all very tasty and I loved the violinist playing on Saturday morning, he was excellent!

Rooms were clean and beds very comfy, just a little bit small with no extra niceties to make it special

Beach and the sea here are great. Not too many people. Take the road left from the hotel to reach the beach with more shadow and less people. Good Location, staff, Gabi was great at the reception, you can ask for an umbrella for the beach if you don't want to pay 20 euro for it, as some tourists leave it there. Beds OK, food very good, spa, hammam and saunawas great. Air conditioning working well and can be changed. Swimming pool. Absolutely great value massage by Lurdes, highly recommended, she can help you if you have some pains or problems.

Cleaning of the room not OK, very rare and always forgetting smth, to take away garbage or add soap. Some tiny ants in the room. Room rather small, double bed small, like 140 cm, strange long pillows. Shower gel and shampoo were nice, but the container was falling from the wall. Shower parts also falling off. Beach may be expensive if you take umbrella daily for about 20 euros for 2 sunbeds.Average evening shows, mostly old music. Horrible massage by Barbara, not worth it at all.

Nice pool, spa and rooms. It was close to everything we needed.

1 guest part of our group is a pescatarian and struggled with food labels. We didn’t eat many dinners at the hotel as the options were quite limited and unclear. We requested a list of the themed dinner nights from reception but this wasn’t given. The meat was sometimes not cooked so we couldn’t eat a full meal majority of the time. Breakfast was slightly better but there are lots of food places in Alcudia.

We would say the hotel is good until we had bad rude experiences with the way we were considered.

We payed for 3 nights at the beginning with dinner, but our flight have been deelayed so we only arrived on the second day. At the time 7th June, we felts we would not come at time to the hotel, we called directly to advise and asked to advance one more day in the dates as we loose one night and would add a day to our trip. The hotel did not accepted to change the first night for the last one, and we had to pay for one more night, more expensive and without dinner. They dont even offered the dinner or anything. We tried to understood, as the hotels are sometimes, not flexible.However, the story continues when we are woken up by the phone, saying that we have to leave on the 10th, when in fact we had paid for the extra night, to which we woke up and answered and said that we had one more night. Having said that, the cleaning lady entered our room without authorization, with one of us naked, saying that we had to leave as it was the last day. We did this 3 times until we had to get upset, the worst part of all is that this situation occurred before 12:00, checkout time. Considering that it wasn't our checkout day, it wasn't even a legitimate time to do so. They called us at 10am and entered the room at 1:30am/11am 3 times! Having said that, on the last day, it would already be checkout day, but still early, they did the same!!! We were even left without access to the room, after breakfast, twice during those days because of these errors and lack of communication between them. It was shameful and disgusting, and nothing was said or done.The refund would be the minimum for this actions.

The evening shows are excellent. Bed was so comfortable.

There is a strange smell sometimes at the evening and morning comming from outside. I know it probably won't be the hotel's problem, but it's very unpleasant if you're sensitive to smells.
