    Pros +

    • Second time there. Hotel, food and staff and very good ?
    • Amazing hotel, staff was brilliant, food was excellent, and we were doing the ironman and they had everything sorted for us for 5am breakfast and whatever we needed, no faults, second time I stead here
    • The food was very tasty and varied (we had all inclusive), entermaiment was quite rich and we had fun all the day. The bar menu was diverse and adjustable. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and responsive everywhere. We are satisfied with this hotel.

    Cons -

    • Lift doors have a tenancy to want to close, jambing you in them.
    • 1) Juices, tea and coffee are not presented at lunch and dinner in the restaurant. It was sad for us to have it only at breakfast.2) Pillows are not comfortable.3) In rooms, we could hear our neighbours upstairs very well.4) Cleaning time is variable day-by-day. If we wanted them to change our towels, we had to leave it on the floor. Case-by-case we returned from swimming and had issues that we cannot go to shower, because cleaning was still not done. It would be beneficial to us to know approx. time of the cleaning visit (like 10-12, or 12-14). 5) The composition and dilution of cocktails differs case-by-case (sometimes differs strongly).
    • The rooms are a bit tired looking amd the bed mattresses are very uncomfortable.

Very kind and welcoming staff. Huge variety of food. Lots of programmes for kids and adults, the beach is very close and clean. Bike rental with kids seat is available, the bikes are very good quality and well maintaned. The hotel is situated very close to amenities. Wellness and spa services are very good too.

The rooms are a bit tired looking amd the bed mattresses are very uncomfortable.

Very good pool for small kids, plenty of good food for breakfast and dinner (half board), great animators and great location right on the beach

    Dated furniture

Great food ! We loved all the international dishes , Mexican, Chinese and of course some Spanish ones. Our family had a great time . We would certainly come back

A parking lot would be a nice addition.

    Old fashioned rooms

Absolutely perfect for families with young children. There was a lovely little pool with slides for children up to about ages 6 or 7, then a decent size main pool with a nice shallow entry for the toddlers. There was also a 3rd pool which was a bit quieter for those that wanted a more peaceful time. Kids clubs was great too. Plenty of activities and staff were fantastic. Overall plenty of activities, ranging from spin classes, to water polo to treasure hunts for the kids, but never any pressure to join in unlike some places I’ve been to so you can please yourselves. Great location too - next to the beach, loads of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and only a short drive or bus ride away from the Marina and old town.

Our room was absolutely fine but some might say slightly dated. Hard to find fault in anything really.

Everything about the hotel is stunning… from the beautiful reception area to the gorgeous pools and brows of the clear blue sea. The little touches such as the free water dispensers on each floor or the complimentary champagne on arrivals. Nothing was ever too much for the staff. As we were celebrating our anniversary we didn’t bring my son but will 100% be coming back as it’s amazing for families. The entertainment team were 10/10 especially the 80s and Disney nights (which I watched from my balcony on the 6th floor) :) perfect location close to everything too.

    We enjoyed everything :)

Nice swimming pools and good attractions for kids, great location

The food in the restaurant definitely wasn’t 4 star. And cleanliness wasn’t best either.

    10NadiaPosted on: 6-9-2023

Loved the shows and activities, the food, the pools and beach.

    9InigoPosted on: 6-6-2023

Location, kids activities, swimming pools, food, super nice staff

Unclear alleged policies half board only entitled to one glass of tap water at the restaurant (I think it is tap water what comes out of the water stations) ? Is iberostar scratching the bottom of the barrel here, or is it a miscommunication?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel during my visit to Alcudia, and overall, it was a remarkable experience. The hotel's prime location, delectable food options, and attentive staff made our stay truly memorable.

The only drawback we encountered during our stay was the comfort of the beds. Sadly, they fell short of our expectations. They did not provide the desired level of comfort. The mattresses were excessively worn, leading to a restless night's sleep. We woke up each morning with sore backs, which took away from our overall enjoyment of the hotel experience.

Buffet breakfast was GORGEOUS, it had everything you could want for breakfast.Location of hotel was perfect - right on the beach.Hotel was clean and staff were amazing.

big rooms, great food, superb personnel, plenty of kids atractions

lack of gym (compared to Iberostar Alcudia Park) and lack of washing machine corner (compared to Iberostar Alcudia Park)

The hotel area is well organised, three pools, beach, kids club. Staff is very friendly. Good food. Good place for holiday with small kids. My kids loved the evening show. We stayed twice in this hotel (both times only 3 night) and planning to come back next year.

The rooms are basic and dated, however clean and comfortable.

We loved the location of the hotel and our daughter loved the kids pool. They had sharing floaties we could use in the pool or on the beach which was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good and the property was quite clean.

The rooms were very dated and the beds were a bit firm. The nightly shows were quite loud for those people not attending the shows. We had a 2 year old who went to sleep and even with the doors and windows closed you could hear the music and singing so loudly. We had to wait until 10 pm to sleep when the shows ended each night.

Greeted with a smile and offer of drink upon arrivalKids pool is brilliant a little warm but the kids loved itHad some pony's kids could ride around the hotel for 6 euros which they lovedHad some face painting on for the kids although one of the days qued up for 20 minutes with my 2 and 3 year olds to be told the child in front was the last one and she wouldnt do ours after she let 2 kids skip the que before mine! Quiet rude

Room block 6 xl apartment was very very dated one bedroom with 2 single beds and then 3 sofas for the kids in the other room all of which were like concrete, it was full of mosquitos me my partner and our 3 kids are covered in bites, no kettle or usual amenities found in 4 star apartments the room smelled musty it was old fashioned and in desperate need of a refurbishment, we only went b&b and ended up eating out each morning the food selection was OK but the quality was really bad the kids had fruit and yoghurt only I'm not sure about the lunch as didn't opt for this option, the selection at the bar for snacks was left out and was bare minimum dried ham sandwiches dohnuts and nuts, wouldn't have ate any of it anyway, the beach is directly out of the rear gate and lovely but only 1 small beach bar on it and we didn't manage to get a table all week we were there!! They also close at around 6pm! The hotel is a good 30-40 minute walk from the main harbour area and there are no shops and only scattered bars along the beach front all shops are to the main road so take a drink with you if tou want a beaxh front stroll! We ended up paying 10 euros each way in taxis alot, The adults pool is ok but the sun loungers are packed all together with no space atall as usual towels left on them all day from 6am and nobody using them and no staff checking this they didn't care, 12 people were in the pool over a 2 and half hour period and 72 loungers had towels on all that time, we also had a pram and there is barely any access atall to either pool with one, would like to leave a better review but honesty is the best, I wouldn't rate this a 4 star hotel it didn't have the quality any other 4 star we have stayed in, the location isn't great and I wouldn't recommend to young families or return sorry!

    lots of children

Everything was perfect. We spent beautiful days in the hotel, celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. The staff was very nice and helpful and worked very hard to make the guests' holidays fantastic. The room was spotless clean and was cleaned every day. Good wifi and air condition, terrace to relax. Free water machine on every floor - it was great as it was hot when we stayed there in August (38 Celsius degree). The restaurant served huge variety of foods every day, everything was very tasty. Food was served in beautiful way, it was great experience every time when we went to eat. First day we arrived late at night but the dinner was waiting for us in the restaurant (salads, cold meals, fruits, etc.), it was very nice after a long journey. There was a lot of animation in the hotel every day with special programs for kids. The sea is right next to hotel with beautiful sandy beach where you can rent parasol ans sunbeds and can relax all day.

Nothing. Everything was excellent. I could not even find a minor thing. THANK YOU FOR OUR GREAT HOLIDAY!
