Sofia Alcudia Beach

Breakfast was really nice, inclusive of many options and a live omelette station. Location was ideal, walkable to the port and right on the beach. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for food, activities and transportation. We had a rental car and parking on the street was easy and always available. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Alcudia.

Perfect location, you're literally at the beach when you exit. Nice pool incl. pool bar for drinks and little snacks.Very friendly staff, from reception to restaurant. Rooms are nice and quite modern, well equipped too.

Water in the mini bar could be restocked daily.

The hotel is modern, quiet and family friendly. Even though it is located on the main beach with a boardwalk right outside the fence it was a surprising oasis, where we could watch the sea from the pool deck and the bar, and enjoy food and drink in a peaceful atmosphere, despite visiting in a high season.

Location for our needs was perfect (IM 70.3). Breakfast was excellent with lots of diverse options to choose from. These include made-to-order omelette ?. Well furnished patio, pool bar and small swimming pool. The estate is quite compact but comfortable. Room was spacious enough for us. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Well, the only complaint would be super soft bed mattress. We find them very uncomfortable to sleep, but this is quite personal preference. None other negatives.

Excellent stay overall. Perfect location with direct access to the beach, private pool and sundeck. The hotel spa has a great steam room, sauna, and small jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options. The hotel staff were amazing and very friendly.

The internet would sometimes get slow, but worked fine most of the time.

The Sea View and direct access to beach was really cool. Nice beach, good environment in a crowded area.

The Hotel has just one small whirlpool. The outdoor pool was not heated and the whirlpool overcrowded so we gave up waiting for it.

We had a great stay at this hotel with my two-year-old granddaughter. The location right on the beach was perfect, and the beautiful courtyard added a peaceful touch. It was too cold to use the pool during our visit, but it was still nice to sit by and relax. The hotel felt very family-friendly, and since it’s not a huge complex, it had a cosy, welcoming vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was smooth from checking in until checking out. The staff were really nice. Breakfast buffet was great. Location and cleanliness, top. ?

We had trouble with the room heating the first night but it got sorted out the next day quickly. Pool could have been a bit heated considering the weather was still cold in April. Hotel exclusive parking would have been nice as well.

What a lovely hotel. My husband and I travel a lot and this is on the top of our list. The staff cannot enough for you. We asked for a kettle and cups I our room and they were there in an hour. We asked for our room and they be cleaned as we kept missing the housekeeper an it was done almost immediately. We handed in our pool towels the evening before leaving and were offered an early breakfast as would have missed it. The breakfast each morning was amazing too. We never stay in the same hotel when booking holidays but would definitely consider this again.

The Buffet at breakfast and diner was great.Sea view and location just in front of the Beach ?️ is lovely.

We got 2 single beds as a couple which slightly slipped on the floor.

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The room was lovely, the staff very kind and helpful and the food amazing.

The picture of the room made it look like the rooms walks out to the beach , not a big issue but I expected it slightly different

Perfect location right at the beach. Rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds and proper airco. Beaches are beautiful, the location is a bit outside of Port d’Alcudia which we liked to stay away from the busiest touristic areas. Personell is very friendly and we got some good recommendations on nice restaurants to eat in Alcudia old town. A great stay and totally recommended.

The beachfront location is amazing and really convenient, but the staff at the hotel was fantastic. Martin, Cristina, Bibiana, and Ludmilla made our stay a really pleasant one, with an exceptional customer service. The breakfast was also really good.

We had an issue with our room, but this was promptly solved by the staff, so it didn't affect our stay.

The location of the property is great. The access to the beach and the views from the room are really the highlights.

For a hotel which was charging five star rates, I was surprised that the hotel is miser. There was no conditioner and body lotion provided in the rooms. There’s no tea or coffee provided in the room. Also, they provided water in the room as a ‘welcome gift’. There was a very bad smell in the room when we turned the air conditioning on. Having asked the staff to fix it, they essentially sprayed the room with air freshner. When the smell came back again, they asked us to turn off the air conditioner leading to an uncomfortable nights sleep. I didn’t expect this kind of service from a hotel which has such glorious reviews everywhere.

Nice, simple, clean, comfortable, modern hotel with very friendly staff. Good space in the rooms. Adequate facilities and equipment in the rooms but basic comfort levels. We were there during the busy July period so there were plenty of kids around the pool all the time. Bar staff were friendly and mostly attentive. Breakfast periods were busy but that was to be expected. Decent selection of food at the breakfast buffet. They could do with another 2-3 coffee machines to prevent the queues. The bar menu food was good - we ate there most lunch times but never ate in the evenings.Well located on the beach with a simple 10 minute stroll to the heart of Alcudia - just far enough away without being too far out.Overall a very enjoyable week in the sun if you want to just fly & flop.

These are relatively minor points but they could do with:- better coffee and more machines at breakfast time- more shaded areas to sit on. The shaded lounge area was really nice and could be expanded.- more specials at lunch time. At the end of the week we had exhausted the bar menu.

Perfect hotel on a quiet stretch of the beach. Fantastic to be able to got for a swim in the sea and head back to the relaxing comfort of the hotel. The staff, particularly at the pool bar and at breakfast, were exemplary.

Not much to not like, although I had hoped that my note about us visiting for our honeymoon may have warranted a slightly warmer welcome, but it didn’t ruin our stay. We were able to check in to our room a little earlier than the standard 2pm check in which was useful as our flight arrived super early.
