very good hotel specially and i would say only for the family with kids. you can always find something to do no matter the age of the childthe services are pretty much completed

maybe what was missing , some facilities for adults, like SPA or a gym to stay fit :)

Very friendly staff. Lovely place for long walks. A lot of facilities.

Not working air conditioning and no refund as promised.

We were there in avgust 2024, air conditioning were not working for 2 days. After they finally agreed for new room they promised that we get 10% refund. Because we all paid in advance at check in they said we will get refund to the credit card. After one month we still didnt receive anything. We contacted the hotel, show them all the paperwork but they said that they send the refund and we need to check at our bank. We checked 3 times and nothing. They dont want to tell us when the transaction of refund were made and they don't want to give us transaction number. Avoid this fraud of hotel. Also the beach was really small. If you didn't came at 7-8 am to the beach, you will not get space whole day...

Friendly staff, a lot of things for kids to do, nice food, excellent pool area. Windows are soundproofing the room well, the AC is working nicely.

Parking is horrible, not enough in peak of the season, no trolley ramp at reception, everyone is akwardly carrying luggage, trolleys up stairs.

I expected better food for that amount of money. Aircondition makes a lot of noise.

The breakfast was very good, and the full service, especially the salads. There are good toys available for the children, the pool is also great, with lots of sunbeds.

The room really lacks a fridge, and there was hair in the shower.

Lot of things could ne better, starting with room equipment, better food, but this cost money. So you can choose good price and top service at this level, or better service and pay twice.

Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno, hrana je ukusna i raznolika. Hotel je family friendly, topla preporuka za one porodice sa malom djecom.

Parking, food was tasty but similar everyday ,having dinner and wait for a drink is not working... You have to wait in q for food or wait in q of drink.. or you should be ok eating cold dinner

We were very impressed by the number of activities the hotel offers. From kids play room to game consoles, table football, billiards, pool... very useful during hot days. The rooms vere clean and the staff is very friendly. We especially loved the location,since the hotel is just a short walk away from beautiful beaches with clean water. This is a family oriented hotel, so it is not for someone who wants to avoid kids, but even with that in mind, we find it peaceful and relaxing. They even have the option to rent a beach towel, which can be very handy, aince we forgot ours. The seaside view from our room was spectacular!

I liked most things. There are a few things that could be improved, but those are very minor things, such as an extra shelf in the closet for clothes or maybe some toilets in the pool area, so you wouldn't need to walk through the lobby. But those really did not have a very big impact on the good time we had here.

The staff was very kind, we loved the view from our balcony. Brunch until 1pm. Amazing location

The furniture is outdated, the floor was not very clean, we found dog hair on the floor. This is not ok, when your baby is crawling around the room. The bathroom was not the cleanest either.

Old rooms that need renovation, odd smell in the room, broken water tank, no shampoo in the shower, pillows and bed not comfortable, very small tv, poor quality food and poor choice, doesn’t have its beach, you have to pay for deck chairs….

Beautiful environment, very close to the sea (but has no beach access), beautiful view from the hotel.Parking is free for guests. We booked half board, but it's actually all inclusive, because of the late brunch.Room was perfectly clean and they came everyday to change towels and clean up. Children and pet friendly. Most of the guests are families with children, keep in mind that the whole place is in a bustle during the season. Lots of activities available for children though.

Parking is free at the entire resort but it's almost impossible to find a free spot, very crowded. Food was good but not varied, 3-4 menus vary, simple dishes, but for that price it's okay. The worst thing was the coffee, they have machine coffee at breakfast but (like the most of the hotels') it's very low quality, but the bar is open only from 1 pm so you can't even buy a normal coffee... We walked to their beach bar which opened at 10 am to finally have one. Rooms in the "annex" are a bit retro style, but clean, they should be renovated soon. No minibar.All in all, we had a pleasant stay for the price.

Crowded when breakfast/dinner if there would be two self service bar areas it would be much better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are the only good thing at this hotel.

It was very poor value for money. Room, bathroom, linen, and towels were not clean. The same goes for plates in the restaurant. There is no mini bar in the room.Food quality in the restaurant was extremely bad, especially meat.Having these kind of hotels in their portfolio is definitely destroying Valamar as a brand.
