Cold water and ambience in the closed pools, sometimes lack of exact kind of food if you come later...

Perfect location by the beach and on a lovely hiking trail to Labin. Very clean. Big terrace. Excellent breakfast and fair good dinner.

The coffee at breakfast was quite bad.

Location is amazing

Bathroom was smelling so bad and all this smell was coming to the room as well. This was very unacceptable.Bed was tilted due to over use and hard to sleep.Restaurant was by far the worst experience as it was worse than a university mensa!It was a wrong choice and never again.

Location is excellent with beach really close if you have small children.Food at breakfast and dinner.You had a table reserved for breakfast and dinner for the duration of your stay so you didn’t have to look for a place to sit twice a day.

The hotel is outdated, it needs to be renovated. There were not enough private hotel lounges at the beach, so if you wanted lounge chairs and umbrella you had to pay 25 €. The elevator is very slow.

Food is fantastic, facilities are good and there is animation for children.

Towel policy is old fashioned, they do not keep up with the new requirements to try to act green and save on water. Towels were taken away every day even if they were hanging. Mattress on the double bed is poor quality and very uncomfortable.Animation should take place somewhere more centred. Other than these,top hotel and meets all the requirements.

Location is good. As it is high season, it was a lot of people. It is good resort.

Need to repair some points in hotel, as bathroom, it seems it is too old. Yes it is clean and working good, but ....

Everything was ok. Nice and clean rooms, AC worked also fridge. Perfect location you dont need a car during the stay cause you have everything you need near the hotel... The "town" with more bars and restaurant is a nice 20min walk away on pawed path so my car was parked and not moved since I checkd in... If you dont want to walk a little train can drive you in the small "town"...

Surrounding was nice, sea and the beach were beautiful. Bufet was well, a lot of possibilities for little children to eat. Staff in the restaurant was very kind and helpful.

The girl in the reception was arrogant. When I give her question about some service, her behavior was terrible. During check-out, when I thank for everything, said nothing, no thank you, no good-bye...The bathroom in four-stars hotel - old bath terribly painted by white colour and terrible brown spot on the ceiling.

Nice swimming pool and location.

Several things. First of all, not good value for money: this hotel would be considered a 2/3* in more modern countries. Rooms are quite big but old furniture and not very comfortable beds. Breakfast has a good variety but the quality is too low. For the first time ever I ate really bad scrambled eggs (sour tasting).Staff is not rude (not for Croatian standards), but unprepared and bad managed. They make you come back to reception several times to solve easy issues, I heard the sentence “come back later when my boss arrives” at least 3-4 times. The boss is a young blonde woman, probably too junior to manage the staff.

Location, room size, facilities - all very well.

My room had only one electric socket, and it was near the door, not the bed. Not a very big deal, but impractical

The location and the food were very good. 6pools to choose from.

My only critisism is the temperature of the pools. We had a few colder days and the water was too cold for my child.

The hotleIs very good value for money, pools are nice and the beach is only 5min walk. Little town is also short walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel had great selection.

Spatious, the amenities, cleanliness, staff, head lady at the restaurant, position…

It can get crowded at the pool at certain times of day but the facilities are big enough for all.

the receptionist were so nice and professional, liked the pool outside and the coffee in neighbors hotel Hedera! The stuff in restaurant from Philliphines were the only ones who actually smiled. Big like to them!

The young fellows in restaurant were not so really nice, the cleaning stuff was also very confused barelly could speak english. The pool inside wasn’t heated .. that is sad .. the restaurant could use some regular fruits as bananas for feeding the baby fe.

Poor breakfast and dinner, ultra small tv with only 6 channels, the bed bend when you lay down…

the balcony doesn’t give you any privacy and I don’t think that thid is a 4 star hotel
