In the apartment there is everything you need. It was very clean and specious. The owner was very kind and helpful with everything. The location is quiet and we needed that because we were traveling with baby. So nice!

Nice and quiet area of Paralia Katerini, 10 min walk to the beach, good coffee place in front of the Hotel.

Quiet location, a lot of parking space. The room was enough for 4 people, but not spacey. The communication with the host was easy.

I liked how each morning the sand in my bed sheets stuck to my stiff back. We highly appreciated the air-conditioning location above the sleeping beds causing early mornings sneezes and back stiffness.

After 3 years we as a family of 3 visited this "hotel" again...by mistake. We received the same room we had during our 1st visit. The room is bigger in comparison to the other "hotels" in Greece. The bathroom is small. Moreover the shower is so small that if you are a normally body type adult you will be forced to step out of the shower with one leg so you will avoid being hit in the groin by the shower faucet. Definitely not recommended for older people or infants due to the slippery wet tails in the bathroom. We tried boiling some eggs for our infant using the stove, we tried both cooktops on maximum setting (3) and it took TWO HOURS for water to be hot. In addition we had the same problem 3 years ago and we didn't manage to boil the water then either. I presume this is normal behaviour of the electrical appliances in this "hotel". The balcony was small and not comfortable for 2 adults and one child. You will definitely spill your coffee (no pace for more things) from the table if someone moves from the table because everyone needs to stand and exit the balcony so another person will pass. The view from the balcony was completely covered by the construction yard located 10 meters from the edge of the balcony. If you are an early bird you will appreciate early awakening by the noise coming from the "hotel" hallway or the knocking (trying to open the door) at the front door from the cleaning lady. In addition, "cleaning" is focused only on the collection of the trash bags but not on the room and floor cleaning. We received new towels only on the 2nd day after our arrival which put some doubt on how clean the first set of towels was. This "hotel" is not offering any door hanging sign which will avoid early room disturbance from the personnel. There is some "internet" available, but forget using it for a viber or WhatsApp call, it's not stable and sooo slow.

The shower had only on 1 site a glass door so if you shower everything is wet after.The fridge really had an awfull smell so you cant use it without all your items taste the same.We didnt like environment, as it is all appartement buildings around you to rent out to tourists There is no feeling of being with local People. If yoy Come there only for the beach and dont mind the touristmass then its a good place and one of the more affordable ones in the area.

Lovely owner, very friendly and helpful. Everything jn the room was new and functioned as expected. Very clean, great view. Located minutes from the beach. Strongly recommend. Will come back

Great hotel, modern with great facility in a quaiet place

Very nice hotel at a good location, close to the beach, 10mins from the main street. Clean rooms, amazing service and smiley people.

Bathroom was a little bit small.

Room was clean and big enough for two adults and two kids. The staff was really nice and smiling. The property was 5 minutes walk from the sea. I recommend it for family vacation.

I'm so happy I've found this hotel, one of the best stays in my life, for this price it was exceptional.The top floor rooms are newer, with modern furniture and bath, I had my balcony with the view on Mount Olympus, gorgeous sight.Everything was clean and well maintained, only the fridge was a bit loud, I guess a repair or replacement is due shortly, but you can turn it lower during the night. The room was small, but if you plan to spend the day mostly outside, it's perfect for 1-2 person. The hosts are super nice and helpful.There's good wifi with password protection so you can work or surf the web.It's situated just on the edge of Paralia, so it's easy to reach everything, but it's calm and quiet.Thank you for this wonderful stay, wish you good luck with everything ✌️

Very hospitable people, they even upgraded our room for free which was a very nice surprise! It was very clean and location was very good - close to the sea and at the same time away from the crowds in Paralia.

Very small things - in the evening it smelled of food from the nearby restaurant, the hairdryer in the bathroom didn’t work, the shower cabin did not close

There is plenty of parking space in front of the hotel, it takes approximately 7-8 min to reach the beach, there is a nearby supermarket, the staff is very nice and the hotel is overall exceptionally good value for money.

Perfect for a short stay. It is a bit away from the main village, but this is actually a goos thing - more quiet, easy to park, easy to go to the main road and the beaches. Our room was spacious with big terrace, clean and with good shower. We would book it again.

The king size bed is kinda small. Saturday night is a party night in Paralia. There is loud music until late in the night- not a property problem, bur keep it in mind.

Everything was clean, location was close to the beach but also a bit separated from the noisy streets. The small kitchenette had everything you need to cook some light meals in the room, big fridge also and nice balcony for having the meals outside ( the room was too small to be able to eat inside). Staff was genuinly interested in making things better and they seemed nice people. Free parking is available on the street.

We got a room at the loft/attic and it might be a different experience in other rooms. It got very hot in July and with AC only working when you are in the room you need to wait 1 h to become confortable. The shower was small for a tall and strong built man, I cannot imagine how someone overweight would manage to close the shower doors. The ceiling was inclined due to the attic level and this made it dificult for someone tall to approach bed and also shower. Wifi is bad but I think it's a general greek thing, not necessarily hosts fault.

Shower tray is small a bit (65x65cm), so not too comfortable.

Solid accommodation for a good price. The room is clean, the host is friendly, the bed is comfortable and there are a lot of parking spaces on the road. Very good accommodation to which I would return in case is available.

No shower curtain.Wifi is not reliable, they should make an upgrade as I know another accommodation in the are had 50 mbps while here it barely reached 1mbps, thus making me use phone data
