The staff was extremely great but it wasn’t as advertised online.

I reserved two rooms and it ended up being one room with two beds. You had to pay to sit at the beach which wasn’t a problem but I found that odd being a guest at the hotel. We requested some ksaplostres but they said they were all reserved. We spent all day there and those ksaplostres were never occupied. We had to sit on chairs. Not worth the money.

Fantastic hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Stuff was nice, friendly and professional. Great place to stay. A++++

A nice hotel on the beach. Our teens liked its location - on the one side at the beach and on the other in the town centre.

The staff was amazing, and customer satisfaction is on point. We loved all their amenities, how modern the hotel and rooms are. Location can't be beat, it's right in the heart of Paralia you have shops, restaurants, and best of all the beach!

Would prefer a breakfast buffet instead of a set menu but their breakfast was delicious.

The beach can be noisy at times until later at night. Families with very young children may find it difficult to have the children fall asleep.

Everything was in an Excellent level. The staff, the room (like new although I learnt that the hotel is not a new one but there was a renovation). Cleaning beyond perfect and a dreamy reception staff always available to help with kindness and smile.

The breakfast is so good. More food than we could eat. I recommend the Frape coffee. So delicious. Wonderful setting literally right on the beach. Staff were very helpful and accommodations were excellent. Very clean.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. I have stayed in Ritz Carlton Hong Kong, and I can say that this hotel with it's cleanliness, details, stuff, interior, food, service is very close to high ranking hotels. You can walk bare foot in the hotel and the beach. My son for example didn't put his shoes on while our stay:) The food is very well served and delicious. I couldn't believe that the plates were it's own piece of art. The ambient is very comfy, calming and relaxing. Although the weather wasn't so nice, we enjoyed on the terrace. It is perfect place for escape or work & pleasure. There are not enough words to describe how excellent this hotel was! The owners definitely have thought of every single detail, starting from the interior details, furniture, scents, soaps, dishes, etc etc

-Breakfast is the reason I wouldn't give a 10, The breakfast is big , but for 1 or 2 days is fine, if you stay longer it is boring, to have same every day. -No wheelchair access

hotel was completely restaured and the rooms are very confortable and big size, we had a room on street view but you don't have the street noises, the staff at the reception are very very helpfull this a real positif point. Hotel position in the main street full of little shops restaurants and all taht you need. the evening time is very very full of people but during the day is ok. you have a beach immediatly after the reception which is very nice in the morning, the have very confortable sunbed and this is a real positif point. we highly recommande this hotel if you plan to stay in this area

this is nothing relative to the hotel but to the travellers. you have to wake up early if you want a sunbed. Otherwise you have to find another beach.

Friendly, helpful staff with good English.Location: On the beach, just 15 meters from the hotel to the sea. The hotel is centrally located at "point zero" in the heart of Paralia Katerini.The hotel is very nice and clean, with daily housekeeping.The hotel was fully renovated in July 2024.Comfortable sunbeds.Very good wi-fi.

Everything was OK.

The best things about this hotel are the location at the beach and the staff friendliness. The breakfast is always the same (omelette or boiled eggs, with some pastry, fruit yogurt and a few pieces of cherry tomatoes) but our family did not mind this. But ut was great having breakfast near the sea every morning. There is no buffet breakfast. Our room had a nice view of the beach and sea and was very spacious and modern.

The hotel is new and still under renovations. Literally, they were doing them during one of our breakfasts. In terms of the hotel’s beach, don’t be surprised if you see a lot of tourists taking over the hotel beach because the sun-beds are also rented to outsiders, although the hotel claims that their guests have priority when reserving them. The sun-beds are not charged but you have to spend at the coffee shop at least €20 per two sun-beds or 40€ if you want the first row. This is fine but it tends to be very crowded every day so make sure to make a reservation every evening for the upcoming day. Otherwise, you might end up not being able to use the beach.Also, the structure of the guests is very concerning sometimes. Don’t be surprised if a large group of hotel guests takes over the coffee shop with their own loud music (they bring their own bluetooth speaker) and their screaming kids and extremely loud family members. These guests act as if they own the place and couldn’t care less about anyone around them. The hotel cannot or doesn’t want to do anything about this. During the evenings, their kids run around the hotel corridors so if you want to go to bed a bit earlier, you can forget about it.When the cleaning ladies come to your room, they tend to take away the room key cards that are keeping the electricity on. They did this while my son was actually in the room. I don’t understand this. First, it is not safe that cleaning crew just takes your key card (they have their own but when they enter the rooms, it is seen as maids entering the room; if they use my key then the system recognizes me as entering the room and they can just take guest’s stuff). Secondly, this practice is very rude and inconsiderate.Additionally, I had to ask the receptionist every day to remind these ladies to fill the coffee capsules (we just needed two per day), although this is supposed to be a part of their routine.

Front desk lady was very nice and very helpful, hotel is in the perfect place just a few meters from the beach and in the center of all the restaurants.

We had an amazing room with sea view. The sea is really just in few steps , everything is new, modern and clean
