The breakfast is more than we expect - fresh cookies and fruits, different bakery and sweets. The staff is very friendly and empathetic. Everything was perfect organized and clean.

We loved absolutely everything. We came as guests and left as friends with all the staff.

Very comfortable and convinient. Staff was very helpfull and nice, they really tried to acomodate our every need.

SPA facilites were average. It would be nice for the pool to be open before 10 in the morning.

The room was very small for 4 people. There is not enough space for luggage. There is no place to dry the towels from the beach - there is no dryer and hangers. The shower in the bath is not comfortable and neither are the mattresses. You can feel the springs in the back. Poor breakfast.

Location was really good for us. We were visiting Olympus, byzantine castle which are south and royal tombs and Thessaloki which are north.

Inner swimming pool is small.

Bathroom needs some renovation. Restaurant staff has to know more about the wines that are offered in the menu.

The breakfast and dinner been served according 4* hotel, quality, selection and variety. Service at SPA also very proffesional. Staff very polite, and hospitable starting from reception desk up to the cleaning. Highly recommended

We just observed that glass quantity of Metaxa served at lobby bar first day was almost double than second day for the same price.

Great rooms, very well equipped, the staff was incredibly nice. Nice pool, both outside and inside.

Kids can only use the inside spa between 11.00 and 13.00, and 16.00 and 18.00. Would’ve been nice to know this in advance. Beach are was dirty.

Staff was excellent, location is also at the best place for Paralia. Food was at the best level.

Room was small, also the balcony. The main shower head was not working.

My room under the roof had noise from the airco installation, with earplugs it was ok.

Very welcoming host at reception. We arrived near midnight but they kept the dinner for us on arrival. Nice and comfy facilities.

Exceptionally friendly staff! Everyone at reception, restaurant, room maintenance was very welcoming and tried to help us.The food in the restaurant was tasty.

Initially we were given a room that was directly connected to another hotel room by a door and it was very noisy and we had no privacy at all. After we complained from the noise we were given a more quiet room.AC was blowing straight over the bed and we couldn't control the temperature. Room and bed were much smaller than we expected.Food at dinners could have been more diverse.

The staff, especially at the restaurant was very welcoming and friendly. The food was good, there was plenty to choose from. The room was cleaned daily. Overall the place looks well taken care of, the sitting areas inside and outside are very cosy. The location is also very good, a few minutes walk to the beach.

The sink in the bathroom is terrible. It is flat and the drainage does not work well. The inside pool and the gym are relatively small.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the food and the attitude of the staff. Delicious and varied. I rate the restaurant 10

The room was not cleaned well, there was hairs and dust.The beds were uncomfortable. I'm only 50kg and I could feel the grooves and unevenness of the mattress.Old and outdated furniture.The spa center is too small for the size of the hotel.Dark and stuffy.The outdoor pool was dirty and cold.

The hotel is beautiful and close enough to the beach. Our room was spacious, very clean with comfortable beds. Very kind lady at the reception. and nice staff at the restaurant (with one exception)
