Pros +
- Very good service. Very kind staff. Very good food.
- The staff were some of the kindest and most polite people I've ever met - always ready to help.Food was amazing, especially dinner with different options each night. Our room had a stunning sea view, really added to the experience.Free parking was a plus, even though it was a bit full when we first arrived.
- We loved the staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. The pools were clean and the water was warm enough, the beacĥ is close and it's clean. The food was also good, good variety.
Cons -
- Towels were very old.
- The beach wasn't great - lots of seaweed. Not the hotel's fault, but a bit disappointing given how perfect everything else was.
- The room didn't have mosquito nets on the door so we couldn't open it at night or in the mornings.

Nice location and holiday village suitable for kids
Outdated room furniture and old bathroom tiles
This is our second time staying at the Mediterranean Village Hotel and Spa. We are very happy - the hotel staff is very responsive and kind. The food quality and variety is great. The hygiene is at a high level - rooms are cleaned daily, fresh towels are provided everyday, bedsheets are also changed every 3rd day. The beach is just in front of the hotel. The hotel complex is at the edge of the urban area, so not noisy or crowded,,which is much appreciated.
The waiters at the lobby bar are very slow, make mistakes and a few of them are a bit rude (although the majority are kind).
Excellent facilities and good location. Very elegant exrerior
A lot of mosquitos and ants in the room. There is no mosquito mesh on the doors.
The spa was nice, the gym was good, but closed so early, same as spa
The food was nice, but a lot of pork meat, almost nothing from chicken meat, and beef meat
Very quite place and very friendly stuff
They dont offer drinks on the HB stay. You have to pay for the water during your breakfast and dinner meal.
Hotel is beautiful, near the beach
did not have a play room for todler or below 2 years
Relatively good location, with comfortable and clean facilities, regular daily cleaning service, big and spacious family rooms (we had one with a sea view and a pool right in front of the terrace); very good food (in halfboard), as well as kind and professional staff. The hotel has also an indoor pool in the Spa center, that although small (the sauna part) serves it purpose and is an ideal option for relaxation and some fun when the weather doesn't allow to swim in the sea and to lie around in the sun. Good value for money.
Not much to dislike. However, only one small playground for kids and not so good 'stress release' massage in the Spa despite not so low price, deserve to be mention in the review... Albeit, my husband was very satisfied with his 'muscle tension deep massage', meaning it depends on one's luck and the therapist one gets.
Exceptional service by the hotel staff, rooms were in pristine condition and the food and drinks were really good. The hotel itself was beautiful and felt real luxurious. Would definitely visit again!
The indoor pool was not warm enough , we can’t swim there because it was cold not only us but also other people who were there.Recommended to stay in this hotel only in summer time.
We spent a beautiful extendet weekend at the hotel. We were accommodated in a room with a wonderful view of the pool and the sea. Quality halfboard, friendly staff. We plan to be guests at the hotel again.
Room view, staff friendliness, comfortable bed, cleanness, good amenities, decent breakfast
Spa facilities can be significantly improved. Both the pool area as well as the treatment/massage services
The location and the open space concept
Poor management. There was absolutely no chance to speak with someone else except Frontdesk affiliated personal. Check in was to late - more than two hours. The was no Manager and the simple solution was - “Sorry, but you have to wait”. Eventually we’ve got room and after few minutes we did realized it was not properly cleaned and maintained. Same happened with the other guests who came in the next three days. The Blue bar personnel has always trying to trick you with the check. Yesterday our bill was overwritten with more than 30%. When I asked why, they told us the one of the cocktails we’ve order has been increased recently, but there was no time to change the price in the menu list. Once again the Manager was not there!Third thing - there is no idea about what healthy measures and cleaning supposed to be. Constantly issues with Bathroom- the sink was clogged all the time, shower was broken, etc. Must say that the Property Maintenance was same as the Property Management.I say this with great regret because I remember what this hotel was like eleven years ago.One is for sure- we’ll never go back there.
the resort is amazing, big, there is no crowd, the rooms are nice, clean, beach is clean
a better and bigger furniture would be nice, the majority of our stuff were in our suitcases because there is not enough space for clothes
very good food, bar, cocktails and snacks, everything is clean, nice and big beach, nice staff, comfortable beds
more spacious furniture for the clothes and stuff would be nice
Nice venue and location.
Old rooms not the room we booked we got a other room
The hotel is amazing as a location and facilities. But the most important thing is that the complex is amazing because of the stuff- very kind, helpful and always smiling. This was one of the best family vacations that we had. I recommended this place to all of my friends and family. We are waiting forward to see you next year.
I like the comfort and the privacy of the room, excellent and diversive meals. Great, helpful and friendly staff. Close location to the beach.
I recommend more space between the beach deck chairs for more privacy.
