Villa Miramar

Location was fantastic around 30minute walk into Omiš. Facilities were excellent, beach brilliant. Nothing the staff aren’t willing to help with.

The hotel was impeccably appointed, the rooms were comfortable and stylish. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. A few steps down was a stunning beach. Best of all, the staff and owner were so wonderfully helpful and patient. They were attentive and answered every silly question we had. I highly recommend this hotel. If you miss it, you'll be sorry.

Staff excellent, food delicious. Room very modern and comfortable. Beach is very close, sea ? is fantastic. I'm very satisfied and go home with smile on my face ☺️.

Room was big, comfort and nice view. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The beach was very close (2-3 mnts walking).

The nearby beach is is not sandy.

The breakfast was superb and the staff were incredibly helpful. The view is beautiful and there are some very good restaurants in walking distance. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for something just outside of Omis and also peaceful.

"private" parking actually means "covered" parking as we were told on arrival that we had to leave the car keys and that the manager moves the cars around because car spaces are shared. This was never mentioned beforehand. The road to the hotel is in poor shape and very small but there are more options to park on the street than we expected before we arrived.There is NO restaurant while this was advertised. It's nothing more than a fast food bistro and the food is not great and "cocktails" were even worse.We picked this hotel because it mentioned a restaurant and we wanted to enjoy a nice and calm dinner while our 3 yo was sleeping in the room in the hotel. A huge deception...Staff in the hotel don't seem to like their job as we barely got a smile, and the people in the "restaurant" aren't properly trained.Music in the breakfast room/"restaurant" was way too loud and there was absolutely no cosy atmosphere, it's a very cold big open space.The bathroom was small with a tiny sink and a small shower head, a bigger rain shower type of shower head would be a very nice upgrade.All of this was a big surprise as the hotel is advertised as 4 stars, but we really question how those were obtained. Our feeling was that the majority of the guests (and the positive reviews of this hotel) were not from Western Europe and maybe we expect other standards from a 4 star? Maybe take this into account when booking with this hotel.

Right by the bay, great sea views from the room balcony. Room is clean and spacious. 3 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was more than excellent. Lastly, amazing service, especially from the front desk staff Tanya ☺️

No Restaurant open at the hotel or snack bar in the evening as it states in the brochure both closed. Nearest restaurant was 300 metres up a road gradient which was very steep (not suitable for elderly perdons) and then to find that one of the only 2 restaurants available nearby closed after 1 week.Beach 200 metres as the crow flies but 350 metres walking not sign posted, when you arrive it is a pebble beach

Breakfast was fine, not a big selection but lovely what was available.Hotel on a very steep hill. Indoor car park.

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and perfect for us. The beach was a short walk from the hotel down a few flights of stairs.

Nothing, everything was smooth.

Nice view, professional staff, calm place, safe parking. This is a place that we will come back again.

We had a lovely stay in beggining of Setp24. Kind&helpful recepionist. Short distance to the beach and recommended location if You don´t like crowded beaches :) (also recommend the bar on the beach ZEN supernice staff&good prices). Tasty and varied breakfast <3

Bathroom/toiled could be cleaner. The smell was not too good, but it might be climate´s fault as well.

Breakfast was fresh and many options, they had nice bar and good prices. The room was spacious and had balcony.

First, parking is not included in the room fee, even if you ask they expect you to "make booking". The parking actually is huge and it looks like a parking from shopping mall. Very unpleasant not to receive parking space per room and get asked for extra-charge. Outside parking is not even parking - it is wild area, bushes & trees. Second, there is no beach-front. In front there is another villa, there is a hill and a lots of stairs to get down to the beach. Maybe it is water-front, not beach-front, you can see the water not the beach. The hotel only offers towel for the beach, they do not have a beach or sunbeds. Third, the surrounding area is a mess, only good option to eat is 2 km away and city centre of Omis is 3 km away, road with no pavement and no fence to protect for pedestrian. Very dangerous in the dark. Finally, cleanliness needs improvement - bathroom in room no. 109 had mould.

The hotel staff were very nice and friendly, and the breakfast was perfect. The secure on-site parking was also a great addition.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. We stayed with our dog, and for the first time, we felt that our dog's comfort was just as important as ours. The hotel is in a perfect location with beautiful views and only a 5-minute walk from the sea. We will definitely be coming back!
