    Pros +

    • The beach.
    • The location and the accommodation.
    • The mobile home was excellent – very clean, with 3 separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and two air conditioners. The outdoor furniture was fantastic and comfortable. There are also great activities for kids in the campsite

    Cons -

    • The accommodation was far below the standard advertised and caused significant discomfort for my family, particularly my two small children. The most serious issue was the condition of the water supply. The water pressure was so low that we could not shower standing up; when the showerhead was raised, the water stopped flowing completely, forcing us to wash ourselves sitting down. Even when sitting, the pressure was at a minimal level, making it extremely difficult to properly wash. To make matters worse, hot water was only available intermittently, which was a major problem when bathing my children. Other guests in the vicinity also voiced similar complaints, indicating this is a widespread issue, not an isolated incident.Beyond the water problems, the mobile home was generally unsanitary and technically flawed. The terrace was visibly stained, and the air conditioning unit was covered in a thick layer of dust, barely working. A constant, unpleasant smell from the drains was present throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was also non-functional or incredibly slow and unusable, which was a significant inconvenience. When I attempted to address these serious issues with the reception staff, my concerns were unfortunately dismissed without any effort to resolve them. The experience was deeply disappointing and stressful for our entire family.
    • The beach
    • The roads were very dusty because of the dry weather. Every time a car drove by, it kicked up a cloud of dust that lingered in the air for several minutes. We were also allocated a mobile home that was a long way from the main facilities, requiring a 15-minute walk to the sea, which was quite challenging with young kids

Bi Village has everything you desire for holiday. Pools, beachfront, adventure spots, sports facilities, restaurants and ice cream shop. Even a small but well maintained grocery. I highly recommend family with small children to come here. It’s their heaven for summer.

Loved how everything was so close. My husband and I enjoyed a walk in the morning along the beach into town.

The beds were uncomfortable, I recommend bringing pillows as well.

    7JessicaPosted on: 6-22-2025

The beach location and pools were close. My kids enjoyed the trampoline park while the pool was closed midday.

The beds were indented and uncomfortable resulting in back pain for me and my husband. The closure of the pools from 1300 until 1500 was also problematic. There should be rotating lifeguards/staff so the patrons don't have to interrupt their time. The lifeguards on duty at the pools were constantly on their phones instead of checking for safety the two days we were at the pool. One lifeguard tried to close the pool 15 minutes early only to be yelled at by another patron.

One small suggestion for improvement would be regarding the surroundings. We noticed that there were some supporting objects across the road, such as for clean towels and cleaning equipment, which were visible during our stay. Discreetly storing or relocating these items would help maintain the overall luxurious atmosphere and further enhance the guest experience.

The veranda was really big and nice

Bed was not comfy , the kitchen lacked some bacic items

Location is good, it is part of the camp and has all the goodies from the camp.

Cleanliness need to improve a lot. Should be checked by the team before giving it to the guests.Kitchen was without the sponge, which team has said that they will provide but the hustle as this should be part of it from the start.

Great location nearby the beach. Lot of facilities for kids and also great possibilities for recreation for adults. There is amazing adrenaline park and complex with trampolines. Also great restaurants with reasonable prices and tasty food.

The mobile home is nice and spacious and modern. The camp is nice and well kept with lots of activities.

The mobile home could be better equipped as regards kitchen utensils- we struggled to have enough pots for simple things like boiling milk, making coffee and eggs for breakfast….Also, would highly appreciate 2 towels ( 1 big one small) not just one towel per person. In a different camp in Croatia this type of luxury mobile home also came with a barbecue which is a great addition in Sommer.wifi was a disaster. These are small things but can be easily addressed and make the vacation even a nicer experience.

All facilities were in reachable distance however prices are just too high comparing to competition sites abroad. Staff is well organised and coordinated, taking into consideration cultural and social differences. The staff did well to satisfy all people's needs. Can they do better? Always. Most of guests follow rules and respect each other, always ready to help someone in need.

There are rules to follow, including dress code and most of guests are obeying these rules. I find it disrespectful from Muslim ladies wearing hijab, being fully covered in a place where guests are fully uncovered. Muslim ladies wearing hijab should not come in this place provoking rage of guests, disrespecting other guests and making them uncomfortable in the same way if they were naked. They should not look at our bodies while they are armed heavily with cloths. Their men are blending in, so I don't see why they shouldn't too if they wish to join us. This is not place for such guests and the rule should be added side by side with other dress code. Otherwise if they blend in, they are welcome.

Not clean, bad service, house without light in the patio, payments for everything and only by cash

    9VidaPosted on: 8-12-2024

The new house was very clean and comfortable for 3 nights stay

    The wifi was very weak

Facilities pools location lovely campsite with so much to do.

Noise from one of the bars was very loud every night till close to midnight especially the karaoke one night

We like as a family the facilities around the glamping (supermarket, restaurants).

We didn't like the glamping at all, our canopy was broken and the shower was clogged.

    7IgorPosted on: 7-26-2024

The overall facilities in the camp were great and the offer of free courses for kids was great (tennis, football, archery, kayaking, swimming, etc.).Great fun for kids in the pool areas and the camp in general. The Glamping staff were great and very responsive. You can walk to Fazana on the boardwalk within 20 min for some lovely food and drinks.

The setup of the camp is the following: Glamping is just one of many providers of accommodation within the Bi-village. Problem is however much you try, you depend for some things on the main provider of infrastructure. We ended up for two of the three days without electricity for hours on end, due to poor infrastructure. This is not directly an issue of Glamping, but is a fact of inadequate infrastructure within the camp which was also affecting restaurants and residents of half the camp. Our mobile home was also next to the main road which proved to be busy enough to have to keep windows closed through the night for noise abatement. A single hedge didn't block out sound. These issues need to be resolved to improve the value for money.

Very clean, comfortable, close to the beach. Two bathrooms are great, thought-through layout.
