Nice old world aesthetic, Italian decor, great breakfast, nice outdoor area for dining, polite staff, always at your service.

Maybe the price could be a bit lower. Also, it is in the center of the city and across the church, so for light sleepers it could get noisy.

It was really in the center of the city and also very near to the beach. The staff was super friendly and the accommodation was perfect for this trip in fazana.

The friendly staff really let the holiday begin and end as beautiful as it was in between. Also the room, breakfast and location was perfect, we really enjoyed ever day and will come back :)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, in the center of Fažana. Breakfast was well taken care of. The staff is very vigilant and fills food constantly, so it does not run out. You get also free joice, coffe, and prepared eggs per order.

Live music until 23.00 outside could bother those who need absolute quiet to sleep (eg. families with small children maybe). It did not bother us. Closest parking area is about a 10 min walk away and is payable. No free parking near (this is generally the case in Fažana). Upon request the staff will help with transportation of luggage from/to the car (they have a mini electric car).

The rooms are too small, beds uncomfortable, bathroom one oerson can hardly enter. Dies not deserve even two stars and sonehow it has four. It is rather like hostel and not a hotel!

Great Location - just in the centre of the town. Friendly Staff - welcoming, friendly and positive. Good service. Clean hotel. Breakfast was ok.

Location is great for a restful break in Farzana & access to Brijuni Island. Breakfast was lovely.Very helpful staff member helping me make a flight & humouring my stress!!

Breakfast could be better

Location was in the heart of town but off to the side and quite quiet. Staff was welcoming, professional, and friendly- incredible staff. Heritage location so small rooms but needed updating.

Room layout could have been more efficient and bedspreads need updating. Satellite package was poor.

Excellent breakfast (not a huge selection, but what is available is of good quality - for me this is better than vice versa) and open until 11.00. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location in the city center.

Stains on the bathroom floor. Three TV programs, of which one without sound. No own parking (but this is the case for most properties in Fažana). The city center location can be challenging for those seeking peace and quiet at night.

The room was definitely overpriced. We had no view, TV with 3 Croatian channels, barely any space to move around. The toilet did not work properly so going to the toilet was challenging sometimes.
