Facilities, swimming pools, things to do for the kids (indoor mini club, water games, playgrounds), relaxing location, parking space outside the house, big covered balcony, towels Change, 2 bathrooms, staff is very kind and responsive, communication via Whatsapp We have been given a high chair and baby cot.The location is great, the sea is beautiful, the camping is connected to the village via a beautiful path on the sea, punat is a brilliant location to visit Istria by car and the close Islands, very recommended.

Access to the seaside is not too close, one more gate at the end side opposite to the village would helpAn issue with air con control not working raised on day 1 wasn't sorted during our 7nights stay.Bar and shop aren't great for the food choice and price, but okThe mini house location was at the very end of the camping very far from the sea and this wasn't clear when we booked Before checking in they were unable to confirm if a baby cot was available.

The mobile home was clean. The size of the rooms was OK for a family with 2 kids.

The mobile home is not administrated directly by Bi Village but by a separate company. The location of the mobile home is not specified on the booking.com and does not correspond with the mobile homes from the same category presented on the Bi Village site.

The property is in shade

It wasn’t clean. There were full of ants in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Showers didn’t work properly, either the water is really cold or really hot.

A relaxing camp feeling with lots of activities.

A "bug" infestation in the nature part of the camp that made our holidays miserable. We understand that the owners can not do anything against nature, but a warning would be highly aporeciated.

Very large camp site, 3 nice pools and close to the beach. Lots of attractions available at camp site (climbing, trampolines, mini-golf) though not cheap. Animation team very professional

In general, not very clean. Also the water in the 3 swimming pools was not particularly clean. The patio of our mobile home was not cleaned at all when we arrived, as well as some part of the mobile home.

The pools were great, my kids loved them.

The beach and the village was a bit far, and the gate was closed at noon so we had to come back before that.

The camping was quiet and thanks to the trees with lots of shadow. The mobile home was clean and beds were comfortable.

The area and facilities are well organised, you can play tennis, volleyball, football or swim the kayak in your spare time and it’s just easy to be busy and doing fun stuff.

Pools look better on the photos, they seem ti be much bigger than the reality, all od them are also pretty busy. The beaches around are pretty awful, busy, rocky and full of large stones in the water and some concrete wall that is easy to get hurt. In general Pula is not interesting city, we change the location for Zadar and everything was like ten times better.

The house is set in a pleasant pine grove. Peaceful surroundings, clean and tidy campsite . Pleasant stay.

Very nice kids’ club, beautiful beach, spacious terrace.

Floor were dirty, if walking inside barefeet you feet were brown! Mobile homes are so close to each other that you can clearly hear every conversation of your neighbour even when inside. Only one playground for the little one in the whole camp ….

Location was nice, mobile home was in the woods. Padio was great with table and chaires. Two bathrooms was nice to have.

Kitchen utillites was poor, no good knifes, lack of pots and pans. No owen just microwave, for family with kids that would be nice to have. It is hard to adjust hot water and you have to wait for some time.in

For only a two night stay I missed having a few things in the kitchen (coffee) I recommend having a minimum of things for short stances10.00-18.00h for the swimming pool, they open and close too early

The camp site is great, employees are friendly. Happy to see that dogs are welcome.Lots of shades.We had a good time.

It would be good to have some more kitchen utilities .On the dog beach could have some umbrellas for rent too

1 hr queue at the reception , after 10 hrs driving...Shower cold/hot water could not be controlled, temperature waved.

Very comfortable mobile home with all the facilities a family might need. Great campsite, aimed at families, with plenty to do!

The accommodation was very comfortable and provided everything we needed however the standard of cleanliness was a little disappointing. When it comes to the campsite itself, it offered great pools, restaurants and play parks but the addition attractions (eg high rope course, trampolines etc) were overpriced

A lot of activities for the children

Internet connection was very low, you can barely get any. Only one trash bin in 500m. The beach and in the water only stones and rocks, the children couldn't swimm in there. A lot of activities for the kids but you need to pay extra for all of them.

Lots of pine trees and nice botanic arrangement, great pools, beach very clean, lots of animation for kids and very friendly staff not just in the camp but also in the restaurants by the beach.

There are garbage bins for glass and plastic bottles but not for biological waste and paper which are normally a standard nowadays.

The pools were nice, there were various activities to do: amusement parks, sports courts.

We made a reservation for 4 adults and 1 kid, the kid had to sleep on a leather couch, which almost broke and was uncomfortable. The stairs to the house were crooked, we were tripping all the time, especially in the dark, because the terrace was poorly lighted. Our house's door was broken, when you want to go outside you need to put so much pressure on the door that it feels you might break it. The table wasn't stable, it wouldn't fit if we would unfold the sofa and we needed to put it outside. There was mold in the window frames and in the shower. Hot water was very unstable, so was the Wi-Fi. All the locks were cheap, it was hard to lock the doors. In the beach you still needed to pay for the beach chairs even though the beach was private - it was available only for camping visitors. The joint toilets were dirty and smelly. Overall the price doesn't match the quality and we are never coming back

Spacious mobile home and swiming pools at the camp

Lack of basic kitchen equipment (some was broken) is very bad considering the price of accomodation. Quite far from the beach. staff at camp were nice, but agency staff not so much - this disapointed us the most. Also you can not expect the possibility of early check in as in other accomodations as no one is available at the agency reception office before 4 pm.
