Rooms were dirty, house keeping didn't even vacuum the rooms.

I've been to this hotel a couple times and it is definitely one of my favorite spa hotels in the Algarve.The spa is really nice with pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation areas.The rooms are super confortable and I particularly love the fact that every room has an essential oil as offer and a diffuser to use the essential oil.The restaurant quality was good, but we were not impressed by the menu or quantities of food compared to the price they charge.Breakfast was very good with a nice choice of healthy foods.

No shade by the outdoor pool.

The hotel is very well located in Algarve, we booked for more than a week and we could easily travel in the region from this centric point. Also Alvor city center is reachable by foot and is quite nice with many restaurants. The hotel facilities were good, especially the gym which is very well equipped. The sauna as well was really nice, during our period it was not so crowded and we could book at the hours we wanted every day. The breakfast buffet is good and has a lot of choices. The room was nice and spacious. The staff was super friendly. Overall we recommend this hotel, we had a good stay there.

Too few sun beds at the swimming pool, especially when guests are reserving them by placing their towel before breakfast and showing up only at noon.. Also our room was 2nd floor right below the breakfast area, so we woke up every day with the sound of guest pulling the chairs (strong resonance).

Whole place from room to pool feels like a high end spa. It’s clean, modern, beautifully designed. The spa itself is extremely good. Bed are comfy, food is healthy and varied, the whole place is quiet and there aren’t any screaming kids. The staff are friendly and attentive. The location is 5 mins drive from multiple beaches. This place is just an oasis. So good we extended our stay.

Very comfortable room, amazing shower, very nice sunny balcony. Incredible relaxing Spa and very good breakfast. I can only recommend.

The Breakfast was excellent. I Didn't expect to have a coffee machine in the breakfast however it was a good coffee.The room was big enough and clean.The Spa is very good. The Sauna and steam bath have perfect temperatures. It would be great if there's a little pool inside that we can use in the cold days.The staff were very nice to us.

Very good stay. Nice, quiet and peaceful with lovely staff. Great gym, I used it everyday for my stay, if I knew they had a boxing bag I would have brought my gloves haha. Spa was good also

The rooms are really nice and staff are really helpful, I got upgraded free of charge which was a nice surprise. Staff are always willing to help.The spa facilities are amazing and are really relaxing.

The dinner in the cafe was a total rip off. I had the mackerel starter and it was one tiny sushi toll, one mouthful. At €15 a total rip off. My husbands main veg dish has no sides at all and again was overpriced and average food.Reception staff not engaged at all, didn’t even ask if we enjoyed our stayHalf the spa facilities didn’t work and no one explained how to use anything or the order the circuit needed to be done in

We would have liked the spa to be open earlier than 10 am.

We added an extra day to our trip so ended up staying here for a week We liked everything about it Staff we spoke to were lovely

We were here last fall and had to go back ! Modern, comfy and car minutes away from beach. Great rooms and beds, spa facilities and fab breakfast served by an awesome crew. Pool on roof with stunning views.

We didn't use the facilities as there was no bath robe or slippers in our room. This was our first time so didn't understand the protocol. The management did compensate us without asking so first class service.

Staff not very hospitable. Few spoke English. Rooms and common areas quite sterile and unwelcoming.

It was such a lovely experience to stay in Longevity. There were lovely touches around the hotel - free locally produced fruit and cookies in reception; extra towels given to go to the beach or spa; beautiful essential oils burning in open areas and bedroom gave an instant feeling of calm and serenity. We felt we relaxed into our holiday from the moment we arrived in the hotel. There was a variety of classes every morning and afternoon which were included in the stay - the instructors and the classes were excellent - very professional and great fun. The quality and variety of the breakfast was amazing. The spa area was a wonderful retreat and the gym equipment was top quality and spotless. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We had a very early flight on our last day and they offered us a boxed breakfast to take with us as we would miss the regular breakfast. We both said we would love to return again.

Great Hotel. Great food!

Could not book a massage - fully booked. Pools had no hot water. Disappointing that we could not use any facilities even if our stay was only for one night.

The breakfast is great, as always, the room is big and cozy and the staff is great.We also spent some time at the gym, which is well equipped.

The SPA needs some attention. We went to this hotel several times before, and this time we found 2 of the 4 Jacuzzis not working, and the Sauna and the Turkish Bath weren't very hot when we went early in the morning.
