Location, price during the off season, buffet breakfast, beautiful lounging areas.

There were just a few things in our room which could be improved on. There was rust around our shower light fixture, the edges of our bathroom door were dirty, and the wallpaper was slightly torn in parts. Also, the mini golf area could use some TLC. :)

Beautiful resort right on the beach!! We did halfboard and the food is absolutely amazing! One of the best breakfasts we have ever had in Portugal!

There is a lack of outlets in the bedrooms in case you need to work... in order to be able to charge laptops and phones it was a bit of a challenge. But not a big deal!

Absolutely excellent view, very comfortable room and wonderful breakfasts!We loved the location so close to the beach on the Atlantic Ocean. We also enjoyed the fantastic po and mini golf as well.The grounds are groomed beautifully.It was a hotel in a location that we will remember forever!!

Everything was beyond expectation, the staff were always smiling everyone that was working aknowledge you and make you feel welocomed. The room had beach view and the food was excellent.

The food quality could be improved. Breakfast was ok, but could be better. The amenities, especially the bathroom, were old and did not meet our expectations of a five star hotel.

Location is amazing, lots of great facilities

The mattress are old and lumpy - very uncomfortable, the cleaning does not happen to the standard I’m used to at an all inclusive or a high end hotel, we found glass shards on the floor of our hotel. I have a toddler so I was quite upset but no compensation was made. Their “king” size beds are two twin beds put together. It’s trash.

Always very friendly staff but service lagged some professionalism. Orders got lost frequently, self-service was mostly the better option.

Our room was awful. We switched after the first smelled like a wet dog and had several stains on carpet but second was not much better. Hair stuck to stained night stands, cockroach in room, walls had dead bugs stuck to them, stained towels. Asked to move they offered apartment 2x price. Saw beach facing rooms and they all looked better but no where near 5 stars or price we paid. Breakfast food was edible with lots and lots of variety but lacked any flavor.

The included breakfast was great and the location was amazing. I believe the beach in front of the hotel is the best beach in the area.

I stayed at the Hotel and overall, the experience was acceptable. The location is nice and the basic services are available, but there are some areas that need improvement. The beach requires more care and maintenance, and the cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be better.On a positive note, all the staff members were kind and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant except for the office manager “ pedro “ , who was not professional or cooperative at all. This left a negative impression on what could have been a much better experience.I hope the hotel takes these points into consideration to improve for future guests.

Rooms were outdated, dark and musty. In need of a desperate upgrade.

Breakfast was exceptional. The room had an amazing view on a great location in the building.

We had an unfortunate encounter with a crawling insect on our last night, but the staff promptly found us a new (great) room to spend our last night.

Facilites are old and require maintenance.A/C not working. Old fashion decor. Freezers not working. Etc etc. a general renewal is required.Breakfast is okish

The only dinner choice was the buffet. The a la carte restaurant on the beach below, not affiliated with Pestana, is better value.

The staff were friendly and always helpful. Beautiful beach location and amazing breakfast!

The shower is too small even for a child sized person! The beds and pillows are horribly uncomfortable. We literally had terrible sleep for 7 nights straight. The hotel needs an upgrade in places but this is negligible compared to how uncomfortable the beds are.

Beautiful position, friendly staff wonderful breakfast . Very comfortable with lovely views.
