Fresh baguette in the morning. Clean area and access to the beach. Late check-in was superbly organized. Our keys were waiting at the reception, and a staff member showed us to our room.

The smell of dampness in the bathroom in a first few days it really interfered with my enjoyment. They didn't change the towels even once in 10 days. I understand it's an apartment, but toilet paper could have been included.

Small cottages in rows lining up from the lake, which is beautiful. Good size swimming pool, cottages were as described - functional.

Furniture (bed, couch, etc.) not so comfortable and kitchen was randomly stocked - had to borrow from other families. However access to lake was easy and the grounds were well maintained. Swimming pool was not usable 2 days, however was being maintained.

Comfortable, simple holiday apartment on the shore of Lake Garda. Pool was great and grounds were very spacious. Lots of good restaurant and bar options within a 5 minute walk

Location is very good, just infront of a beautiful bay

There was huge humidity gathering inside the house, skirts of the walls and glass windows.

It was amazing. Small but cosy. the location is perfect and the view is stunning.

Location was fantastic.. view of lake from the outdoor area !! Very tidy and clean and plenty of parking area.

Can hear the neighbors thru the walls .. luckily we had good neighbors..

Affordable resort with parking, next to lake garda and accessible direct to the lake. Clean room and nice pool.

The sunbed system at the pool was confusing and unneeded. Beds were left unoccupied for hours but then others couldn’t use them as they were reserved

Loved how peaceful and quiet it is, lovely view of the lake , great to have bread delivered to the apt each morning, really comfy sun beds!

We loved being right on the lake, great location! The pool and the grounds were the highlight for our kids. The staff were all so polite and helpful. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat in. The covered patio and front garden were lovely.

The accommodation. The scenery . Near to beach

Lack of taxis . Not near to any food stores . An hours walk to get food. It's car friendly but not pedestrian friendly

The pool and the lake were the absolute hit. Groceries and restaurants are really close to the apartment. Kitchen is really well equipped.

WiFi connectivity was poor at best. Neighbors could have been a bit more quite.

I think that a Bar with coffee and some beverages and sandwiches/ pizza and snacks will be very nice and helpful for people with families.

Bathroom could have been cleaner

Lovely quiet scenic location. Pool and playground kept our young son happy, we liked the access to the lake for swimming and the lovely restaurant and bar down by the marina. Apartment was very clean and spacious with a small garden area to sit out in the sun or dry clothes (clothes hanger in room to use to hang clothes out). We borrowed the BBQ kit and a toaster from reception, had a 2 ring hob and fridge in the kitchen area of room.

We definitely would hire a car the next time as there is excellent free parking on site but to try to walk to the grocery store is too far and no shop onsite so we had to get a taxi. There was no washing machine in the apartment, would have been handy for families. Staff were very helpful though calling us taxis.

The facility is well designed for family with children and in a very quite area where the guests can have a good relax holidays.

It would be perfect if a mini wash machine could be installed.

Location, setting, staff, fresh bread orders. Place actually looks much better than pictures on booking, clean and spacious. Good base for exploring south of the lake.

No ovens which can be helpful for longer stays, only 1 outdoor pool which can get really busy or really cold if weather isn't too warm.
