I didn't order a Breakfast but security was good

The lady in the reception was very very rude we were very disappointed

Horrible service no public toilets, shower and toilet needs renovations you have to wait for the slow check in service to use the toilet

I like everything about the property, can you please add microwave?.

The hanger was very dirty, couldn’t hang our clothes. They were dusty and we were so disappointed shame!

The guests very loud in the passage way. When called to ask if they can lower their voices. I could hear the people laughing and continue being noisy. This was late at night, when guests wanted to sleep.

Renee at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, she made sure we had everything that we needed like water and numbers for local taxi cab.

I bumped my head twice on a bunk bed panel and now I got a painful knot on my forehead. I'm definitely not a big fan of bunk beds.

The rooms inside looks like an old rotten hospital, for a big company like that, renovations and new furniture are needed as in yesterday.

The location of sun1 is closer to town

At this day and aga, those plastic bathrooms are just nonsense and disgusting. Bunk beds, seriously ? That place needs a serious upgrade

Safety, easy access # location, affordability and hot beverage service to guests. The three slepper at such an affordable rate. The aircon and heater. Constant changing of bed linen and towels that I give staff 100%.

Lack of leanliness at the entrance of the hotel. The room: sink and shower had easily removable stains which were an inventory. Matrass was super uncomfortable it lacked the softness.1st night I asked for an iron and the board. I got the iron only and was told there is no board. Yet the rest of the other 3 days after, we got both.

It was easy to find, the Security was good from the gate and physical security were also visible. The parking space was also good, no issues.

The bed set up, its a bunk bed:-( its like u r sleeping in a student residence. The toilet does not have a sink, the sink is far from toilet. The shower is not set up right. The TV is too small. And i did not see lifts to the 3rd floor, we had to use stairs all the time. I dont know uf they have WiFi, we were not giving one.

The booking process was easier.

Male staff need a bit more training on customer care. They're also part of the business image. The reception coffee station needs some love.Routine rooms maintenance in the rooms, especially plumbing and electrical would be great.

We did go in a hot month February the Air cons was so nice we didn't want to leave the hotel and the reception was very friendly

Beds are comfortable and staff very friendly.

Shower and toilet. The floor becomes very wet and messy. The shower and toilet set up is just not ideal.

Sorry we didn't have breakfast, we left to early to return to home in Paulpietersburg. It was wonderful to stand @ room window & look down over the Arboretum roads & the Boardwalk that I remember as a child.

TV didn't work at all

Their tvs old and small without dstv, I was expecting more

The location of the place and how it is set up and how easy it was to book it online.

The fact that the room I have booked - was given to someone else even if I can show the staff member on my booking.com app the room downstairs that i had reserved - she said she can't help me get it & worse I was placed in smokers room when I don't smoke & am a marathon lady runner. I had booked the room for two at soap was setbup for one guest and we had to go downstairs to request another soap and Theresa's no shower caps available when I requested one for my hair.
