Premier Splendid Inn Bayshore

It’s located in a good area and it’s clean

The room doesn’t have the basic features like an iron, bar fridge, bedside plugs and a phone to call reception. The light were also dim.

I loved the location closer to shops, beach and main road. cleanliness in the rooms it was a top notch.

Clean friendly

Cost high for business travel on a budget

Staff members were so welcoming, the receptionist and the cleaners were friendly, help were in the restaurant made us feel at home .

The bathroom must have handles outside to close them.

Very poor

Poor facilities . Too expensive. Bad service .Broken furniture .

The breakfast was delicious, the staff very helpful

aircon not working, was not a big deal though because it was not too hot

Staff is friendly, rooms were clean and the food was very nice

Nothing to mention.

Everything. The staff is great and the fooood or my gosh,u can even order room service at the cost of course. The place is comfy and super clean.

The electric plugs are too far,I wish they had plugs next to the bed.

The pool is a good size. Rooms were decent. Perhaps a extra bed in family room. My daughter had to sleep on the couch which wasn't bad, but I am paying for family room.

Breakfast is expensive. Most guest prefer buffet breakfast.good breakfast will bring guest back. There was only 1 option available for breakfast. The bar was closed or there was nobody serving.

The location is good and the pool was clean and usable. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The fridge didn't work and some minor cosmetic issues, like the curtains were untidy.

Considerate manager who assisted us with early check-in due to the function we needed to attend.

The room was clean, and we had all the things that we needed, and upon request to be moved to a different room due to the aircon not working the staff and team were quick to assist us. Location was very close to the beach and the malls as well as restaurant. We were allowed to braai our own meat and the staff provided with all the utensils we requested and they were very helpful.

The bar is way too expensive compared to buying drinks from the supermarket. I believe this is an area that they can revisit and improve on.

The staff were super accommodating and helpful.

We had a small run-in with one of the service staff. The hotel had called in and apologised for it after.

Location, easy to find the property and the breakfast was superb.

The aircon that has no remote.

Customer care in the receptionistBefore u pay the room they first show u which is best. Clean roomsNice breakfastSafety

Need to build shelters for car parking safety purposes when there are storms

Everything was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay, swimming pool, braai area and our rooms were clean with comfortable beds.

The property met my expectations and will definitely come back, there was nothing wrong.

The room and settings

The fact that there is no lounge or seating area outside of the room. You almost had to go to the dining lobby for relaxation, which didn't offer privacy and private moment.

The accommodation was clean and value for money

There were no 2 pin plugs for charging of phones

NA

Waiting time for supper to be served.. late night noise by other visitors. Pool area too small

Location of the property is great.

There was a cockroach in our room! Breakfast was mediocre too.
