Appointed like a 3 star hotel should be

Not really, location requires a car.

Clean, good price.

Wifi did not work, so I struggled with communications.

Hotel is good, clean, and has a nice view from the balcony, comfortable beds, air-conditioning, big room

Very very bad internet: slow and each time you return to the room, it asks to login again. Login and password just for 1 device and super long :) No freezer in a room

Beautiful view from balcony. Bicycles stored securely. Friendly receptionists. Very clean.

At the time of the stay wind was very strong and doors to balcony were squeaking a lot. And you could feel the wind as well. As well the coridor was smelly (the room was not)

Room badly in need of redecoration,, cracks in wall,paint chipped and scuffed, with unidentified dribbles on wall. A double room, yet only one chair on the balcony, however this wasn't as bad as it sounds, as the view from the balcony was run down inner city chic...

The location was great - a quiet area within walking distance to restaurants and the beach with easy access to public transportation. We also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and we were always greeted with a smile.

We didn’t sleep a single night of our 4-night stay. We could not get the room to be cool enough to sleep - not even with the help of the staff. We were never comfortable in the room at any time of the day or night. We tried closing the curtains all day to keep the sun out, then opening the door overnight, hoping for cooler air outside and or a slight breeze. When that didn’t work, we tried moving the bed directly underneath the single air vent in the room. That didn’t help either, so then we asked the housekeeping staff for tips and tricks for operating the thermostat - to no avail. In the end, we found that the only way to beat the heat and get a few hours of sleep was to get up multiple times each night for a quick cold shower. I should note that we are accustomed to living in hot weather environments in Florida (USA) and in Mérida (Yucatán, MX). We were just unable to manage our discomfort at this hotel.

Room was horrible. Absolutely disgusting, there was fecal matter in the toilet. Bathtub was filthy. Could not stay because it was so dirty. Had to go to neighboring hotel. They would not refund me. Very disappointed

good location to the sea and restaurants

the beds were terribly uncomfortable …. backache the next day.

Room was clean and spacious for one night. Most of all, we chose this hotel for the secure underground parking.

We arrived at 5 a.m. and it was freezing cold because the staff left the balcony door open.

Location and safe parking for motorbike

We were given a very small room that was very hot and the air con wasn’t working through the night resulting in a very bad nights sleep : ( I informed reception of this in the morning and was told the electrician was going to fix it . Bit late for us as we were checking out …Parking for motorbike pricey at 17€

Staff were very helpful and cooperative. Room was functional, everything worked. Balcony was nice and roof terrace had good views.

The hotel looked a little tired but everything worked, which is more than can be said of other hotels.

Easy parking right in front of the hotel. Comfortable bed in a room of acceptable size. Balcony with table and chairs with a (distant) sea view.

Wifi was unreliable and required frequent log in. Hotel is a little dated, but is clean and functional. Bathroom could be better maintained (shower door and gel container fell off!).

bed wasn’t a double but two singles, on whees. they moved away from each other. very small pillows. ok for only 2 nights though.

Staff was friendly, cleanliness was great, located in a quite chill street a few blocks from the center of this small city.

Breakfast was 'ok-ish' (not worth the value) and fee for the parking (even for moto).

This was an awful place to stay, people were rude and no one told us that it was a million miles away from Valencia itself. How this property falls under Valencia is beyond me. I was very disappointed with hotel, very disappointed with room and though I asked for double bed got twin beds that came apart when you moved. I asked to be moved and was rudely told this was not convenient for them. I would not recommend staying here to anyone and the staff need a lesson in manners. The reception was rude, the staff were rude and the rooms were disgusting.

Everything worst hotel I have ever stayed at and would never go back there. I travel all over the world and stay in many hotels this was the worst I have every stayed in and most ruddiness people ever.

Very good breakfast. Good location close to beach. Ample parking on street but, then again this was the off-season.

Constant problems with Wi-Fi connection

Located not close to the beach. Probably, 15-20 minutes walking. We drove and parked at the beach.
