Jackie Howe Motel

It was so quiet. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable

Room was ok size and fridge nice size as the freezer. Handy to shops all walkable and flat. Pub across road and meals ok

Internet was little slow at times

Friendly staff, good location and very clean room. Good for a quite old motel.

Clean comfortable and beautiful plump pillows

Friendliness and welcome from staff. Hot water was hot and good pressure. Lovely rooms.

The location was good not far from all amenities. I was quite shocked that it was better than what I was expecting. The young las Jess was extremely informative and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable - now that I know that we book again - thanks

The Wifi was very slow - sorry

The price was pretty good, we were upgraded to the 3 bedroom family unit which was pretty spacious, full kitchen facilities and big bathroom, good location close to the local shopping strip

Convenient location. Walking distance to everything. Staff were lovely. Room was clean and tidy.

Friendly service

Everything smells of stale cigarettes especially room and towels.

Jo the owner is great and makes sure you are well looked after ... always stay here when in Warwick.

nothing was wrong

Excellent with up to date decor and furnishings. Well maintained with plenty of complimentary refreshments and even breakfast.

It was clean and conveniently located. Staff were so happy and helpful.

The motel was in the centre of town. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Across the road from one of the local pubs - perfect for a post drive drink and evening meal. Room access was simple and room was quiet. Bed comfort was reasonable.

Whilst the motel is dated and a little tired, the room was clean and reasonable. Not a complaint, just acknowledgement of building age.

Excellent roomHad all the extra things I forgot like shower cap and make-up remover pads, shaver kit etc.. But having the bottled water available was so very much appreciated.

The room was better than the average Motel room. More like a hotel room. Great location to walk into town.Jo on reception was very helpful.

The bed was a bit hard, but that's just personal preference.

Location was great

Old soapBars upOn top of the shower and chewed chewing gum in the bed head and some lights didn’t work

Had to leave basically immediately due to an overwhelmingly powerful smell in our room. It smelled like a combination of dirty drains and bug sprayI actually became physically ill from the odour, vomiting. Headachd, sneezing constantly... and we ended up leaving in the middle of the night and going to another hotelThe staff member who checked us in was friendly enough, and everything else was okay. The bed was reasonably comfortable but couldn't be enjoyed due to the smell

The room decor was modern and tasteful. The bathroom had been renovated and was spotlessly clean, as was the entire room. There was a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and tv in the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the linen clean and fresh.

Friendly, easy check-in. Free off-street parking (allocated parking space for each room). Comfortable bed. Recently redecorated room. Surprisingly quiet during the night. Across the street from a clean pub with bistro and decent food. Couple of minutes' drive to shops, restaurants and bars - or even walking distance if you feel like a stroll. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, really... To be really picky, there was almost no room on the bathroom sink for toiletries, the bathroom would benefit from an exhaust fan, and the vinyl flooring in the room was a bit loud.
