Room was nice and spacious bed was very comfortable Room was very clean Bathroom had a lovely large shower Staff were very nice and had a great night's sleep as it was nice and quiet Will definately be back and highly recommend

good size room, facilities etc. Bed very good size and comfortable.

I like the staff, very roomy. The parking is great and it's quiet.

Disappointed that we cannot connect to chromecast so we can watch a movie. Pillows could have been thicker, minecwas a bit dead.

Toilet was not clean and no toilet paper. Crockery looked like it had been rinsed not washed.

Convince of hotel location. Shower was good.

Would love to see the right amount of cups, utensils, plates n bowls in the room. 4 people we had 3 cups, not enough tea n coffee, sugar or milk provided either. Seems to happen in most hotels unfortunately. There should be an industry standard of what to provide. Room looked bugger on the photos

Clean environment

Dogs running around the property. I am very scared of dogs and I about 5 dogs were chasing me which made me bump into my car on accident and thereby denting my car. Also, other loungers were very noisy and loud at night

Very friendly staff who made you feel welcomed, very large clean rooms with everything provided including biscuits tea coffee shampoo ect

Nothing I wish I could have stayed longer

Great Location, staff were amazing, very clean we stayed for one night but I would definitely return for a longer stay and recommend to others. Fantastic view of mountains and the sunrise was beautiful. I did call up to ask if we could check in early and the staff had no issue with it. Was a great experience. Will be returning for sure

I had a great stay there was nothing I could fault in our one night stay here.

It was great room was lovely and clean. Bed was comfortable.couldn't fault anything. This is the second time i have stayed there and will again in the future.

I have stayed there a few times and it is a beautiful place to stay love the location.

Toilet cistern wasn't cleaned when we got there plus had no toilet brush,kettle was badly stained inside and had trouble sleeping from mosquito's because the bathroom window screen was missing from top of window.I have been telling everyone I know how good it is but I don't think I will again.

I was a bit sceptical staying here based on some for the reviews, however our room (family room) was great. Air Con was cold, beds were comfy, place was clean. It also had plates/glasses/cutlery and a microwave which was great.

I booked in yestetday and very disappointed with the greeting from staff member Michael. I had requested previously a NON SMOKIMG ROOM WITH A CLEAN ROOM AND HOT WATER. I Did not expect a tin 30 cm high out side my wndow full of Cigarrette buts. Trying to sleep with Cockroaches walking on me was too much. The bathroom Basinwas mouuldy and i would not use to brush my teeth. So hard to stay so i walked out at 1.30am and had to deive home 200kilometres. I would not recommend to anyone to stay.

No breakfast options as listed on Booking.com. Very disappointed as is a fair drive to main centre to get something to eat.The room could do with a thorough clean - cobwebs on curtains and sink in bathroom stained and toilet cistern ran all the time and annoying. Needs replacing.Curtains didn’t shut and had to prop chairs against them to keep closed

Secure parking, spacious room and comfortable beds.

Toilet wasn't clean, Old soap was still sitting there, Main door wasn't closing properly, it's probably because of renovation was under way.

Motel was easy to find.Large spacious room.Comfortable chairs and couch. Plenty of shelves to put luggage on. Good air conditioning. Plenty of hot water in shower, good pressure. Comfortable bed. Cute bedside tables lamps with power points. Nice tea/coffee. Toaster, kettle and microwave all very clean. Smart TV. Great WIFI.

Dead bolt didn't work inside room, tried several times to push it across but wouldn't line up so felt a bit insecure during the night.

Run down and tired., needs money spent on rooms. Asked for hair dryer but it didn’t work. Sink looked unhealthy and mouldy but had cigarette burn holes in it.

Great location, wonderfully greeted by staff. Amenities are good and great value for money We will be back

Room wasn't cleaned very well, but wasn't dirty enough to dampen the mood of our overall thoughts of place.

The guy running the place tried to charge us an extra $30 for the room !The vanity unit was very stained?The power point that the TV was plugged into didn’t work!

Convenient for family Christmas (Mum lives a block away)

Aircon old. Curtain fell off when closed( had to stand on chair to fix) Broken fixtures. No milk for coffee.
