Easy to find as you entered Warwick

Access to office was confusing as there was no parking outside. to park at the room one had to drive through the hotel bottle shop.Bed was very soft so couldn't sleep well and shower lacked body wash in container, no soap available.

I like the clean modern look, small but you have all the essentials you need for a short stay. I like their vouchers they give you while you stay and that brings down the cost. Quiet place ( hotel room) even when it's fully booked.

Everything was clean however the bathroom crout on some spots would need a mould spray . However I mentioned it in person....I think they will get on it.

Never had a the experince of not being allowed to check in only for 20minutes early attempt while room was ready and available. Family had a long travel and reception did not allow us to have the keys. We had to stick around and kill few more minutes. Not very friendly.

The meal at the restaurant was great. I’m coeliac and had no problems after the meal. It was delicious ?

Some mould in the shower ?No after hours ph no. for old ladies to call after they had locked their phone in the unit with the key. Fortunately the Pilice were able to contact the manager, James & he came and unlocked the door. I think you need to advertise an after hours contact ?

Everything, from how easy it was to book to the last detail in our room. It was clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were super super comfortable. One thing I loved was the size of the mugs?, big enough for a nice cuppa rather than the usually small ones.Room service was the icing on the cake.Thank you and keep it up?

No microwave in room and no freezer in fridge. Other than hotel bistro few options for meals close by.

I’d like to see all the car parks numbered with their room number. One guest was quite irate as he had to park away from his room & asked us if we were parked in front of his unit. Fortunately we were not.

Great place to stay. Clean, well appointed, good size. Appreciate the little touches like room service and a full length mirror.

Comfortable bed, cleanliness, and receptionists were friendly, the food was great

The position of the toilet was inconvenient for my 6'2" husband. His knees where right against the vanity. Because liquid was provided, a face washer would have been handy. A little bit noisy. The cleaner knocked on the door for housekeeping and I answered, "wait please" but she let herself in and I just managed to put my pants on.

Location was great, very clean & tidy, value for money & great food & drink attached to the property.

A little noisey from other occupants as it is attached to the pub section.

The room was exceptional and the best amazingly soft. The closeness of the pub was great with the food very tasty. Todd greeted me and was the best with rest of the staff friendly and professional. Amazing place and when I come back will be staying here. Thanks team.
