Quiet, clean, good location

Bed was worn out on edge and overall to soft and uncomfortable

Easy to find. Great restaurant and bar.

We booked a family room with ‘futon’ which turned out to be a roll-away floor-height mattress. We should have booked something bigger - two parents and an 11yro and 15yro were pretty squished.

Location is great; short drive to centre of town and to Downs Explorer which was a super day outing( was the inaugural Valentine day special.)Enjoyed the menu and convenience of the restaurant. Bathroom and shower new and very nice.

No breakfast but enjoyed two great cafes in town ;Cafe63 a must try and also looked fine for other meals

Room was large and very clean. Nice products provided.

The pool was green! Not a great first impression when you arrive at the venue, but it was all up from there!

Large Queen Bed was very comfortable Room was spacious.

Bathroom was a little old not a lot of cupboard space in the bathroom or for clothes in the wardrobe

A lovely place to stay. Large comfortable rooms. Love the little touches. Like 3 ply loo paper. Well stocked mini bar.

Our apartment was very spacious, private & clean. It was perfect for an active family, and we really appreciated the opportunity to stay for only one night, rather than the increasingly common minimum stay of two nights.

The downstairs loo had a weird stain in it…

The proximity of the apartment to shops, restaurants. The largeness of the apartment. Being able to cook meals. Having a washing machine available in the apartment. Plenty of spare towels.

Could use some hand towels in downstairs toilet, and some soap. A few more tea towels in kitchen would be nice too. Downstairs toilet seat was extremely loose.

It was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable staff very friendly

The room had a smell to it

Great room and up to date facilities. Everything worked. The accessible bathroom was thoughtfully put together and exceeded expectations. Pool offered a quick wake up dip option. Although on a main road, the room was quiet.

Location was good to visit family

2nd floor room for carrying luggage. Couple booking 5 months prior, only 1 x breakfast chair in room.No notification that the restaurant or breakfast facilities were not available. Pool advertisement shown as a luxury large pool but only a small paddling pool.

Staff were friendly. The rooms were really generous in size. Beds were super comfortable. And spent a relaxing afternoon by the pool. A great stay!

Nice and quiet and a good location for what we needed to do

Couch was uncomfortable and tue bed was too spongey, difficult to sleep in. Would have been nice to order breakfast. Didn't know the location was not on the main premises when booking but adjacent across the main road.

Location is perfect close to cbd, friendly staff, exceptional cleanliness throughout, well priced, I wouldnt hesitate to stay again

Booked a family room. Second single bed was a roll out and very uncomfortable. Stayed two nights, would have liked the bin to be emptied.

The rooms are spacious and quiet. Good location.

I booked a room with 3 beds, a double & two singles however on arrival the 2nd single was a trundle (not mentioned) which didn’t worry us however it was not made up. When clarifying this with front desk regarding the 2nd single, I was told linen is in the cupboard and to make it up myself?
