Gentlemen at the reception is very nice and responding well.

People are smoking around. Surrounding are not clean. Why do I need to provide logins to access basic TV YouTube? It's useless and not used at all to avoid adding bunch of details.

Nothing honestly employees where rude, and the first room that I booked was stripped but not made no sheets on either bed whatsoever old towels in room and bathroom not cleaned I was taken to a different room after being told I was lying

Nothing. This place was a nightmare for me and my family. A total disappointment.

They gave us keys for a room which was already open, the TV on and a man smoking outside the door. It was a scary moment outside. We had to run for our safety. The new room given to us was not clean, smoke alarm not working & had holes in the wall.

Location is good.

Toilet was uncleaned and changed. The new one's door handle of the bath room was broken and was difficult to open.

The room was very hot. Instead of AC heater was running and there was no one to correct that.

The location is perfect, on the way to Niagara falls just off the Interstate exit. There are also lots of store and food options available at a very convenient distance.

The place/rooms are old and do need some renovation. The light switch was broken in our room. The AC though operational have broken cover. Saw water leaks from some up stair rooms. We did not have any issues with our stay though.

Couldn¿t wait to leave! Window was broken, bed was extremely sagging in the middle. Linens were clean but the room was not.

Even a 2 Star hotel should live up to its reviews. The room was falling apart. The fixings didn¿t fit, it was dirty and the ceiling was falling in. I have stayed there in the past and it was economical but at least clean.

Staff's poor communication skills (one desk attendant would say ok another would give different info that led to a small unexpected charge) Definitely not worth more than I paid at 69.98 total with tax. Go to Days Inn Tonawanda and have breakfast for ~10

It was filthy They gave me a filthy room and when I called them they claimed that they were told it was cleaned. I changed my room but it was still dingy My son also got a dirty room and canceled his reservation and went to a different hotel

There are bed bugs everywhere! Around 1 AM, I was wakened up by unbearable itchy around my feet and arms and found three pea-size bed bugs and countless small ones all around the headboard. Killed five of them, each left with a blood stain. Don't stay!

The young woman on my last morning was wonderful! My key didn't work and I had to go to the office several times. The manager ended up re-setting the key, but the young lady went above and beyond by going to the room and trying her own key

Yes! Bugs! Sheets had some type of strong cleaner (maybe bleach) broke my skin out with a rash ALL OVER MY ARMS, LEGS, ANKLES. I found two huge roaches and some type of tick I think. And little baby roaches, all crawling on the blankets almost every day!

There is nothing good about this hotel

The rooms were unclean and unhygienic. We booked 2 rooms and both the rooms were smelling of intense smoking. I complained and they gave us new rooms, and the new rooms are also smelling of intense smoke. I hated the entire experience.

Oh where to begin¿ Red roof plus is only if you upgrade. We stayed 4 days. Garbage and dirty linen outside every day. Room was dark, ceiling texture was falling off in multiple spots, stains all over vanity area. Cheap towels, flat, hard pillows. Etc.

Plumbing, lack of responsiveness to request for repair, lighting. Sink clogged and unusable for 3 days.
