The bed was comfortable.

The whole room smelled like mildew. The hair dryer is broken.

I forgot my electric razor in the room. I called the front desk the same day & the next morning. They told me it wasn't found. Very disappointing.

Location

Stale air in the room, uncomfortable bed (didn't sleep well), complimentary breakfast items high in sugar and fat - wasn't able to have any.

The staff was accommodating, the room was clean, loved the location.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The price was cheap and the breakfast was pretty good.

Night concierge was dress like he going to a basketball game and was rude. When we came to check in at night, it looked like a motel instead with all the big trucks park there.

The location.

The bathroom was not as expected : the toilet was not put properly ,so when somebody sat on it it will move sideways. If you take a shower the water accumulated in the bath , ittookseveral minutes to drain.

Location to campus. Free breakfast. Beds were comfortable.

No full length mirror. The only mirror at all was in the bathroom above the sink.

The workers were friendly and helpful.

The building is old and needs some remodeling. There was an infestation of ants in the bathroom.

For me good location. Breakfast was good. Majority of staff were friendly

There was ants all over the room, room was not cleaned for the 3 days I was there. No towels changed, no trash taken out, no beds made. I was told due to Covid that room service was every other day or upon request. No such luck

Good location, friendly staff, clean room.

Furniture is getting a bit beat up, safe in my room didn¿t work.

I like the staff and breakfast

I didn't find cleanliness in the rooms. I found lot of Ant in the room which was torturing whole night when sleeping. And, we found too much smell in the corridor so whenever we will out from the room we found too much smell related to smoking

Location was great. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower was clean and good water pressure.

We were told this was a no smoking hotel but smelled smoking products in several areas.

Very friendly staff, location was great. Morning breakfast was hot and ready on time. Parking lot was well lit.

Sheets had some type of grease on them in spots. Tub was dripping

The location!

We liked nothing about it. Check in took way longer than should of due to one staff member running the whole show. Opened the door to our room smelled like a dead body, switched rooms not much better. Nothing to get ice in. Etc

Room on 4th floor had black mold all around the tub and shower. They put me in a second room 219 where I found black mold again around the tub and shower and in the ceiling above the shower. The 3rd room no mold in bathroom but bed linen was dingy.

Staff was all in our business, not in a helpful way but a nosey one

Staff was very in our business for no reason even though my fiance and I and I both assured that nothing was wrong oh, we just had our TV up a little too loud and I believe they called the police for domestic violence

Location. Pet friendly. Updates to interior flooring, rooms, and paint.

The cleanliness of the exterior grounds was extremely inadequate. Custodial staff needed immediately.

Convenience to area/roadways... Mini Refrigerators

No microwaves in room... Rooms were non-smoking, but guests were definitely smoking pot and the smell made me sick.

The hotel was closed -- all its doors were locked -- when we went to check in. They have claimed they were there and that a small sign on one door allegedly indicated availability. Two of us saw no such sign. We were sold a room that was not available.

First the room were not clean for COVID 19 standards. Drugged up person found in hallway, broken drier, toilet tissue not new, bathroom ceiling tile dirty from flood, stained towels and very noisy with people coming in and out all night. Terrible place
