The room was not cleaned properly. The drawers were dirty. The television looked like there was spit on it. There were flies in the bathroom window. Would not stay here again. I guess being from Canada I expect better for the price.

Way to improve. There was no tissue kept in restroom no cleanliness. Smoke smell in room. Ac was too old and was making hell noise. No consistency in two rooms i booked. One had refrigerator and oven other dint.

We felt it was overpriced for what we got. We couldn't turn the air conditioning because it didn't have a knob, we got a smoking room when we asked for a non smoking room and the staff had no idea how to get to Niagara Falls easily.

Dirty no towels not cleaned on second day. Over priced.

Give me a refund to half. Drop this location from the site.

Sucked no remote for TV, walls not clean broken lamp shades no wash clothes it went down with new owner 👎

Everything was wrong about this hotel photos of the hotel on the website are really deceiving. It's a straight up lie. TV wasn't even working and I didn't get any discounts. I wouldn't recommend that hotel to my worst enemy.

None. I requested non smoking but was given smoking one. Customer service won't give me another room easily and kept telling me to use AC or open door for odor of smoke to go away. Worst service even. I want my refund because I wasn't given what I ordered

the room was disgusting. when I went to go to bed there was dried blood the comforter,the bed skirt, drapes, bugs fell out of the corner where my GF dropped her ring. when I complained the owner (I assume who he was) didn't care. I'll never go back.

The room had a cigarette smell the bed covers had cigarette holes the curtain had cigarette holes. two tables we’re dirty the fridge raider was dirty. The fire alarms were off the wall.The bathroom underneath the light switch there was a big Square hole not finished.Tile wasn’t finished by the tub. The bathroom curtain was old looking.I would not recommend anybody stay there.
