Great location, great staff, beautiful room.

The queen bed in my room was actually two twin beds put together, they were stiff and very uncomfortable.

Great location, very clean and the management were very accommodating. It worked perfectly for what we wanted and we will be back again I hope.

Location/pool/clean

My second week was ruined by a wall reconstruction around the building from 7 am to 5…drilling, dust/had to escape the hotel and pool rather than enjoy what I signed up for in the heat!I think they should have a bottle of water for guests upon arrival. Tap water smells & tastes bad. If you arrive late as I did and could not get to a store it is a problem/especially for folks who take meds.

We liked everything about this hotel. A spacious room with a small kitchen, where there are all the necessary electrical appliances: a kettle, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, a toaster, an electric stove... A nice pool in the courtyard and a recreation area on a small lawn with tables, chairs, a swing. The beach is about 7 minutes walk away. Breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The reception is open only during the day, but in the evening and at night the door opens with a code, so no stranger will enter the hotel. If we decide to return to this city, we will stay at this hotel with pleasure.

I liked everything. But I would advise sending future guests a small map with directions from the train station. If a person came to the city on their own, then finding a hotel is not easy.

Beautiful apartment, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and the location is great - near the coast and also walking distance to supermarkets etc. Also a good secure car park. Would definitely recommend.

Beatufiful location, close to bus stops that get you both to Nice and Monte Carlo, friendly and helpful staff, lovely and very comfortable studio, quiet yet very close to restaurants, beach and tennis courts. Absolutely loved it!

Excellent weather helped us make use of our balcony.Our secondstay, so we knew what to expect.We were surprised to get new towels so often.

Very little that was not good. We had a visit from a seagull on ourbalcony wanting to eat our breakfast. This was a first for us.

Would like to have been told about renovations taking place. Afternoon nap was out of the question.

Clean location staff

Impeccable cleanliness, equipped and modernly arranged. Although I arrived later. By check-in time, the key and entry instructions were ready and entry was easy.

Great location and staff. The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

There was no mention on Booking.com that I would be responsible for washing the dishes, taking out the trash, etc. I didn’t mind doing these things; however, it would have been better for me to have known these policies in advance. Also the “Garden View” is a bit of an exaggeration. The “garden” consists of the bushes between the building and the street.

Perfect location we liked the town Beaulieu a lot, near to Nice and Monaco. Perfect getaway in December to enjoy the warmer weather there. Staff is a super friendly and helpful. Breakfast has no eggs options but nice cheese selections and baguette and coffe makes for it?, everything super clean! We parked on streets no problem . On Sundays is free☺️. Def worth of the money! Definitely coming back! To try the pool.

Apartments aren't soundproof, the mountains wievs are on the sites of the balcony.

Large, modern, comfortable and well appointed.Receptionist was very helpful re parking and providing extra sheets (we had requested 2 beds).

Apartment smelled very strongly of cleaning fluid when we arrived. We had difficulty making hotplate work in kitchen.

the room is big and very clean, the bathroom is separated from the toilet and there is a small and fully equipped kitchen. the location is amazing, the breakfast is good and the swimming pool seems nice, but we didn't use it.

as the reception works until 5pm, we arrived later and called the number that was provided next to the parking to ask if we can use it. the guy said the code and we entered the parking, but he didn't mention that it is paid and for two days we must pay 20 euros. if we knew it, we would not park inside - there is an option to park outside of the building for free. the last day during the check out when the receptionist wanted me to pay, I was surprised and he informed me that it is visible in booking. also, they sent me an email with instructions how to enter the building and the room after 5pm, but they didn't send any info about the parking and the price of the parking... im not satisfied with this.

Fully kitted out kitchenette

There was building works going on opposite which were pretty loud. Breakfast was quite limited but fair for the price.

Comfy bed, small but functional kitchen, separate toilet, spacious room (we had one for 3 persons). Clean and enough of kitchen utensils.Possibility to rent parking.

The property has been beautifully renovated. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The dining room and pool area are all very inviting as well. Pleasure to stay there.

The lift didn't always work well, and once it stopped working. It was OK for us as we were only one floor below, but not good at all for people on hither floors. Luckily the problem was addressed by the next morning.
