Noisey pub however did shut down before 10 and the room smell

Generator/drill noise coming from bathroom of room 3 every 5 minutes all day and night. Video taken and will submit on review as hotel offered no compensation when issue was raised. 2 daughters and myself kept awake all night

room was reasonably clean, although pillows were not great and there were no spares.

no extra pillows, less light through windows, no staff available between 10pm and 10am

Convenient location, nice and quiet. Large simply appointed room with everything you need for a short stay.

Good location, close to one bus stop and a shirt walk to another through a park. Great public transport making mall, surrounding suburbs and city very accessible.Aprx 30 min walk to Dee Why Beach as well.Comfortable bed, good size space, very helpful staff.

While the kitchen, storage and bathroom areas were clean, it was let down by accumulation of dust, grime and cobwebs at higher levels, corners, shower door, windows. I had a longer stay so these became more noticeable.Had to ask for crockery and cutlery as none in room. Staff were very helpful with this.

Room 8 constantly had a stuffy odour, floors dirty & not swept (not even a broom in the cupboard for me to sweep the floor in bathroom & bedroom area), lolly wrapper left on bedside table next to lamp, lamp covered in dust, only one stained chair in room which was a queen size bed room requiring at least 2 chairs, no table at all, previous occupants opened shampoo bottle left on top of shower screen, toilet seat unstable as it was only attached on one side of toilet. I know it was cheap accommodation however clean rooms are a basic necessity not an option. Worst place I have ever stayed in.

The room was big. It was so nice to have room to spread. The price was reasonable. The bed was comfortable. The shower was really powerful and hot. The girl at reception was lovely. So helpful and so friendly.

The room is very very basic. The bed was comfortable but made with a blanket that had a very questionable stain on it. The smell of bleach was over powering as the floor had just been mopped. The strong smell lasted until the next day. The air con is a nightmare. It makes the worst noises that will definitely keep you awake. Even when turned off the noises continue. The room was cleaned but really needed a deep clean. There was a huge cobweb over the bed that you couldn't help but worry about as you lay in bed. There's no hairdryer.

The motel is basic and a bit old but was just what we needed. No frills and clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Location to the event i was attending. Not too pricey but good value for money. Stayed here few times now

Milk was off because the bar fridge was previously set on low and not put back to the correct temperature, there were bugs in the bed and the floor and the broken window was covered with a piece of paper. No Facilities for washing up or even a small couch to sit on.

Easy to find and park

No hand towels, plus there was no hot water on our last morning.

Convenient and comfortable parking right next to the room, only a 20-minute walk to the beach, and located next to the pub.

Not really clean

Was taken care of clean and near public transport access.

Confusing setup, well maintained but not well sanitized, we had a palm size spider running around the walls and webs and the blinds were full of webs and not cleaned well at all , just the beds were done right
