Great stay kids loved the pool only thing is they hadbto be supervised by 18 + kids were 14 parent had to sit instead of being able to relax themself

Meals were excellent. I highly recommend the steak - absolutely melt in your mouth. For 2 of my mornings when I had breakfast there was a male staff member who was so friendly and made us laugh every day. I don’t know his name though unfortunately

I had ants in my room and the 2 pillows were too soft. There were no extras in the cupboard

We are repeat bookers for this hotel. Perfect location for we attended the Speedway. This was close to the speedway track. Easy access to public transport, Uber and Didi cars were quick when booking. Room was clean.

Only fault i have during our stay were the pillows need upgrading. That were flat and lifeless and not enough of them. Only three pillows on the bed for two people. I woke up with a stiff neck and sore shoulders.

Booked twin for my 17yo an myself as we went to track for burnanza after long day u look forward to a comfy bed the twin beds were hard as rocks 1 pillow per bed if extra are needed u need to pay extra for linen the place is under refurbishment as well an prices for pkt chips an 2cans Pepsi $24 bit rude mostly upset about uncomfortable bed an minimal pillows that were flat as tacks woke up with major sore back an neck as well as my 17yo won’t be back stil waitin for room deposit refund which isn’t mention anywhere in booking

Ease of parking our trailer in the car park.Staff were friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Rooms clean.

Pool was a bit cold for my kids

The room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping kept the room clean tidy everyday. Breakfast was excellent and staff provided excellent service.

Reception on arrival was unfriendly and rote!Rubbish bin in room had not been emptied.Lack of Streaming facilities on TV is a disappointment

It was very quiet

Didn’t have any hot water in shower and shower head couldn’t be adjusted high enough for someone who is 6ft3in

The coffee was good.

Breakfast was not included in the price and the carpark is too far from entry of hotel.

The pool was nice, room was totally different to pictures on booking.com but still meet our needs

Beds wernt comfy

room was very clean and had everything i needed. location was perfect for work. food including restaurant and room service was great

Everything was excellent—the bed was comfortable, the lighting was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, 24/7 service was available, and parking was convenient.

The only downside was the bathroom. The shower had no door or adjustable head, so water spills all over the floor, and there was no separate shampoo or conditioner—only an all-in-one body wash which was dissapointing. I’m also pretty sure the pool was not 24°C as stated on the notice—the water was freezing cold.

Proximity to the race track

Surprise $100 deposit that was not returned after room was left clean, emailed and rang reception still no refund and answer as to why a deposit was required in the first place as it was not a pre requisite on booking the room

Close to the speedway and shops/restaurants

The rooms are small, the showers don’t have doors and it’s hard to keep the water in. No fans in the bathroom. The pool heater was not working. The towels and linen were poor quality.

Location was good staff could be a little friendly on the front desk room was clean

Bed was very hard

Looked impressive in photos, location for our 1 night stay (passing thru Sydney) was good. Close access to freeway.Right outside the Sydney Motorsport Park Raceway entrance

Car parking and access to room from carpark was not well thought out. Would not recommend to stay there for high level raceway teams or competitors though.

Location, friendly staff and available bits and bobs to buy downstairs. It was staffed till late which was helpful after a long day at the race track.

The Oak Bar was closed and the fridge smelled of prawns.

Wasn’t cleaned properly, shower had mould, hair on coffee table

Have stayed many times, always great, perfect location next to the track

Only improvement would be some bottles of water etc in the mini bar
