Pros +
- It was clean, comfortable, and charming.
- I don’t understand why this hotel doesn’t have a higher rating. This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Germany. Our bed was soft, the hotel was clean and had great facilities. They gave us a crib at no cost for my baby and the room was spacious. It was perfect for my family. It had a great view and we were comfortable staying here!
- Staff are very nice and kind, food is good, parking is large, view is amazing, room is large too.
Cons -
- Longer walk from the bus stop than we expected.
- I emailed staff the hotel to ask for specific directions how to easily get to hotel from train station. They gave basic directions a little more detail would have been nice we actually got lost trying to get to hotel
- It was a bit of walk from the bus stop so not very convenient if you are a traveller with heavy bags. It is preferable to have a car as taxis are not always available.

Good location, but preferable if you have a car. A bit of walk from the bus stop. However it is within walking distance of the House of 1000 clocks and the Waterfall. Extremely well maintained property. Excellent hospitality by the staff Mr. Jogi and Ms. Ulle. It is very clear that they take pride in their work. Mr. Jogi spent a long time personally guiding me on how to reach the Waterfall, Dos and Donts and sights to see. They have a restaurant which serves delicious and freshly cooked food with large portions.

My room was very spacious and the balcony had a phenomenal view. The breakfast was also very good.
We traveled a family with two kids. We got a simple yet very spacious room, with privacy to the parents from the kids. The staff was amiable, kind and very helpful, not just about the hotel grounds but also helped us plan our day trips in the area. The restaurant is good. Very recommended!
Big, comfortable room with a beautiful view! Close to town and waterfall. Staff were very kind!
We loved this hotel! It was so quaint and peaceful. The staff were so kind, the rooms were large and we had a beautiful view of the church in the town.
The art work was strange and didn’t fit the hotel or the location. Like golf paintings in the dining room along with white water rafting and still life of fish etc. it just didn’t go. And the food wasn’t that great.
The staff were amazing. Room was clean and had 2 balconies with a great view from the top floor. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.
The room was really musty smelling, like stale cigarette smoke.

Good location. Good view. Good breakfast and dinner.
No air conditioning. Unpleasant odour when out on the balcony. (Soil stack?)Bathroom door not fitted properly.
Very nice people, clean and comfortable room, on site restaurant.
Curtains don’t cover the windows, decent walk uphill from downtown.
Big room, amazing staff and very good breakfast.
The soft pillows and the limited tv channels.
Great breakfast and view. Available parking.
No mini fridge. Rooms are noisier than usual. We asked for a quiet room but got a room right next to the entrance/elevator.
