Newly refurbished hotel with good amenities. Lots of dining and food option nearby on the main Street. Free local travel pass given to guests. Next village is Triberg. * Rooms are well furnished and nice * Good quality basic breakfast buffet.* Car parking available behind hotel* Front desk staffs were kind.

Extremely modern, well thought through design of the room and the whole house. The location is in the heart of Hornberg within walking distance to restaurants, town square and the castle. Parking is available either just a few yards past the hotel (reserved spaces are clearly marked) or behind the hotel. Breakfast was served as a buffet with several different kinds of bread, cold cuts, cheese and some fish. Different cereals, oats and fresh fruit salad with yoghurt, different coffee options and freshly prepared eggs. Everyone was extremely friendly. There were even umbrellas at the front door in case you didn't bring one. I can't recommend that place enough.

The only thing would be a sign directing to the parking spots when first arrive. I found the them kind of accidentally.

Very comfortable, great and quiet location, great restaurant and very good breakfast. In the hotel it was also very quiet, we did’nt hear any noise of the other guests. They also have a charging point for EV’s which is very convenient.

The property is located right in the middle of the beautiful and safe town of Hornberg. Our room was very spacious and clean, while the bed was very comfortable. It also included a fantastic view of the surrounding village and hills. The hostesses were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Parking was very secure and located on site. The breakfasts were substantial and included a nice variety of savoury and sweet items, including freshly-cooked eggs to order. There is also a fantastic restaurant next door that is operated by the family. This is an outstanding accommodation that is highly recommended.

Nothing - perfect

The Hotel is in a very prestine town in the Black Forest. They have plentiful parking and the hotel is easy to find by using Google Maps. The room was immaculate and quiet. It seemed almost new. It had a semi-private patio with a small garden. The bathroom was very nice and roomy. We stayed only one night but enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was simple but very enjoyable.

Very warm and friendly welcome. Very comfortable and clean room. Evening meal taken in the Gasthof next door which was a very pleasant experience and the food was very tasty. Breakfast buffet very good. Good walking opportunities in the town

We had an incredibly spacious room on the top floor which was super handy travelling with a baby. Nice modern bathroom. Petra and the staff were lovely. We appreciated the cooked eggs option at breakfast and the discount vouchers for some of the things we had planned to do in the local area. Great location for us with a car. We had the most delicious dinner at the restaurant next door (Gasthaus zum Tannhäuser). Parking immediately outside the property was handy.

Location and finding the property was very easy. The hotel was centrally located in the town (made walking around to explore easy), and next door to a very good restaurant. There was also convenient parking behind the hotel, which was big enough to accommodate our rental van. The staff was really friendly upon check in and out. And the breakfast in the morning was fresh, hot, and delicious. The hotel room was large (we booked the family room), and the bathroom was spacious, clean, and great water pressure in the shower.

Very modern comfortable and clean hotel in the middle of a beautiful village. Very nice staff! Would definitely book again. The family room is great, with a little bedroom for the children en toys to play with.

Great hotel located in the Black Forest. High quality breakfast, with a restaurant next door! Also kids friendly (kids stool in the bathroom), books and games close to the reception, kids plates, etc. Parking too! Lovely and handy.

The room and the facilities were exceptional. The breakfast was amazing. Everything in the hotel was top notch. The offer they give to their residents in order to visit attractions for free or at a discounted price was a very nice surprise. Mostly because they inform you very well about the nearby attractions. The location is great and quiet. It was our best stay during a 7 day trip, we took in south west Germany.

- Good size of room with a double bed & sofa bed for my family.- with lift and private car park- owner has restaurant beside the hotel and food are delicious - with long balcony- the penthouse has 3 big windows on the roof top and allow sunlight to come into the room brightly

- the bathroom should equipped with shower curtain or door.. it sprays elsewhere in the toilet which I don’t like

Car Park had limited access and a steep ramp, sports cars beware. There was other parking up the street

Very friendly welcome, couldn’t do enough to help. Had 3rd floor room with balcony overlooking street below and mountains beyond - very nice! Quiet and very comfy beds, very clean and lovely walk in shower. We arrived on a motorbike and they had kindly reserved an undercover parking spot. Will return. Oh, family run bar/restaurant next door. Excellent food and atmosphere with lots of locals. Overall a lovely one night stay
